Three bedroomed Summer Breeze caravan, one double bedroom and two twins which you can easily push beds together to make doubles, pull out bed in lounge (PLEASE USE COVERS ON QUILTS AND PILLOWS)
43 inch smart tv and free WIFI.
Parking for two cars right outside caravan, large garden approximately 56 foot long, which is fully fenced with a gate, 21 x 10 foot decking area also with gate and decking furniture, BBQ for those summer nights and also many places to eat and drink on site and surrounding area including a place that sells doggy ice creams for your four legged friends. Also dogs are allowed on the beach 12 months of the year
Our caravan is situated bout 5 minutes walk away from all the main clubs and theme park so when you retreat back to the caravan on an night it is nice and quiet.

Had a lovely stay in this Caravan ìt is kitted out with everything you need and the fenced off garden was ideal for the dogs. Would recommend to qnyone who has dogs.

We have just returned from a great week in the caravan, the garden was perfect for the dogs and the children had a great time. The caravan was spotlessly c lean when we arrived with all the simple touches of tea/coffee etc We all loved every minute and the dogs enjoyed the freedom thank you we will definitely return.

Beautifully presented, lovely clean caravan, home from home. Well kitted out with everything you need. The secure garden area was brilliant for dogs. Lots to do on site and in the local area. Very close to all amenities. Would definitely book again!!

We had a fantastic week at the caravan. It had everything we needed and more and was in a lovely quiet spot. The secure garden was great for the dog. Karen was quick to reply to messages and is an excellent host. Highly recommended and would love to come back soon.

We’ve just come back from staying at your caravan. We had a fantastic stay! The caravan was perfect and clean upon arrival. The dog had a fantastic time and the secure garden was a god send. We cannot wait to book again and would highly recommend this caravan, especially for people with dogs or young children as the garden and veranda is secure!

Amazing place to stay. Stopped here a few times now with the family. Great gated garden for the dogs. Great location,walking distance to brean splash and theme park. Roll on july when we return :) 10 out of 10. Karen and mark are so helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing holiday in karen and marks caravan, right by all the main facilities and kids and dog loved it, we have a husky and the dog was very safe in there large fully fenced garden… going back this year can’t wait !
