Description

Well presented ABI Horizon 3 bedroom deluxe 2016 model caravan, located close to the beach on Beech Walk, with a perfect grassed area outside for the kids to play on. Only a 5 minute walk to the funworks complex, pools and a 1 minute walk to the beach and beachside café/restaurant. Parking is available close by to the caravan.

Inside the caravan:-

Kitchen - Under Counter fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker including grill pan. All utensils are provided plus saucepans, baking dishes, baking trays, crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Living room and dining area - freestanding table with wrap around seating and two stools. Large wrap around sofa seating, TV, shelving and gas fire.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed and bedside shelves, wardrobe. The other bedrooms each have 2 x twin beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin.

Cloakroom - Toilet and wash basin

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you need bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless you opt for hiring the linen from the onsite shop.

Please also bring with you, your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price of the holiday. These can be purchased from the Haven office located in the complex.

Hi. We enjoyed the stay however it was very dirty so I do suggest you check your cleaners work. The kettle didn’t work also the fire however I’m assuming that’s why the heaters were there. The fridge had left over food in the bottom and cups had been put back unwashed. I tried to contact when there however we had no reception on phone so not sure if email got to the recipient.

I appreciate the review and as soon as we saw this review we bought a new kettle and put it in. We would have rectified any problems you may of had if you contacted us on arrival as we do ask but we weren't contacted. I appreciate no signal but Haven do free wifi and if that bad could have called off of site and we would have came straight to you and would have happily cleaned and assessed everything. Im sorry we weren't given that opportunity. Thank you for letting us know

Great location for the beach, easy to park, everything we needed for the stay in the van although ate out in the evening so didn’t cook. Prompt response from the owner when we ran out of gas. The site has everything you could need to keep children entertained,,would definitely book this accommodation again.

Lovely Holiday had by all, Caravan position was great, close to the beach and 5 minutes walk to complex ,really decent sized caravan, clean and easy to use facilities, thanks very much! .

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
