Flipflops is situated on the small, immaculate Landscove bay caravan park; it is a true home from home, there is a club house providing; evening entertainment, an amusement arcade, restaurant, children's play park, an indoor & outdoor swimming pool (from May to October), a launderette and shop.

Passes are required to use the onsite facilities which can be purchased from reception; registering at reception on arrival is a requirement for COVID track/trace.

Check-in is 4pm, and Check-out is 10am.

Landscove holiday park is on the beautiful South West coastal path with stunning views of the cliffs and sea, it is a short 20 minute walk from the secluded St Marys bay (access is down a set of steep steps, so restrictive for those with mobility concerns).

In the other direction, it is less than ten minutes to Berry Head, where there is the (highly recommended), Guard House café which has to be tried for a morning coffee and it’s wonderful food, especially the breakfasts!

The traditional fishing town of Brixham is 25 minutes walk away where there are seaside shops, ice cream, pubs, fish & chips and from where, with children in mind, crabbing from the harbour is a must!

Just a 15 minute drive takes you to the Kingswear lower ferry which crosses into the historic town of Dartmouth.

Torquay and Paignton are also easy to reach by car, or alternatively, there is a regular bus service (No12) which runs from Brixham.
