Our 3 Bedroom (8 berth) Static Holiday Home has central heating and double glazing 36ft x 12ft plus Front & Side Decking

This is situated at Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire and sited on Shearwater, a quieter part of the 365 acre park.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery, pots and pans for 8 people. The comfortable lounge/ dining area has a wrap around sofa, freestanding dining table and stools, feature electric fire, storage footstools, flat screen 40” hdmi TV and a DVD player. A variety of games and books. There is a fold out double bed in the lounge. Wifi available (not guaranteed).

The 3 bedrooms comprises of 1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms all with storage/hanging space , bedside tables and lamps. New mattresses, pillows and bedding in 2021. The bathroom has a good sized shower, basin and toilet with heated towel rail. There is also an extra toilet and hand wash basin. All beds made up for arrival. Towels provided.

Outside we have a raised decking area and table, chairs and settee – perfect for relaxing on those long summer evenings. Outside store containing cushions, parasol, games. Parking for 1 car on hard standing & 1 car on grass (weather permitting!)

Entertainment passes (if required) for entrance into facilities (swimming, restaurants etc). The cost of these are set by the Park and must be purchased through me (if required) prior to visit. Currently £130 for Peak and £80 for Off Peak up to 6 nights. £130 and £175 for 7 nights & over. From 21st July to 31st August £194 up to 6 nights and £216 for 7 nights plus. That is per unit not per person.

On the site there are both heated indoor and outdoor (26 x 12metre) pools, kids adventure play area and splash zone/aqua play area. There is a choice of 3 restaurants and 4 bars (1 is adult only for a bit of peace and quiet!) as well as a delivery and takeaway service. New for 2022 is a takeaway Fish & Chip Shop. For the children (and some adults!) there is an arcade and games area.
The site comprises of 6 lakes which are set aside for Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Wakeboarding, Paddleboarding, Kayaks, Pedalo Hire. These are at additional costs as are the childrens' activities. For the older children and adults you can do Archery, High Ropes, Laser Tag, Hoverboarding to name but a few of the activities available. There is also cycle hire (from £4 a day or £25 for 7 days), gym and spa. Two of the lakes are reserved for fishing with a Day ticket at £6 or week ticket at £30. You should possess a valid UK fishing licence.
There is also a launderette and a small supermarket. Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda will deliver shopping to your accommodation if you order on line and 5 minutes away in the village is a Co-op Supermarket and Chinese Takeaway. The Tattershall Park Country Pub and Restaurant is next door

The owner Karen was so friendly and helpful from the beginning of our booking, to the end of out stay. The caravan is lovely and clean and has everything you need for an amazing holiday. Would definitely return again.

Had a really lovely break. The van was nice and homely, had everything we needed. The location was great for us as we enjoy watching the planes. The entertainment block is a bit of a walk but good to stretch the legs.

So pleased you had a nice break - hope you enjoyed the Halloween Sweets! We would love to see you again in 2022.

We stayed for four nights in Karen's caravan. Karen's contact, from the start, was excellent and she made sure that, prior to our arrival, we were aware of the facilities in the caravan, on the park itself and of nearby pubs. The caravan was very clean on our arrival, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen or the caravan.

Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable beds and homely and welcoming accommodation. Great that there are games and dvds for times we were in, although we had great weather and enjoyed sitting out on the decking area where the dog can wander safely. There was a large fan in the living area which was most appreciated. Some tea, coffee and milk on arrival which was great. I will be staying again .

We had such a lovely time staying in the caravan. It’s situated on a great site with so much to do. The caravan is a good size, really well equipped and lovely and clean. The owner was so helpful with arranging site passes and giving info on days out. Our children enjoyed every minute of staying here, and we’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you.

We had a most enjoyable and memorable holiday in this well equipment and furnished caravan. It has everything one would require including DVDs and games for those odd wet days with a lovely decking and seating area outside to sit with a drink and enjoy a bbq when the sun shines. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have come across. The owner couldn't have been more helpful offering plenty of advice and tips on local facilities and places to visit. We would certainly be staying again in the near future.

We had a wonderful weekend away in this beautiful caravan. The instructions from the owner with directions and key details were very thorough and Karen was on hand if we had any questions about anything at any point. It was very well equipped, from the bedding and towels to almost every kitchen utensil you would need with plenty of crockery, cutlery and home comforts. There were also plenty of games to use which we had great fun with. The large decking area was marvellous with ample seating to enjoy the outside space. It was nice to be able to park your car alongside the caravan too. The site itself has plenty to offer for everyone. From the array of water sports and activities, to the restaurant and a lovely adult only bar which had a great ambiance in the evening. For families there was a great arcade area which will always keep the little ones happy along with family entertainment. Overall we felt that the caravan and site has something to offer everyone whether it be action and fun packed, or like ourselves a lovely chilled out weekend getaway and we will most definitely be returning.
