Primrose Valley Holiday Park

Location: This holiday home is located on the Bay View area at Primrose Valley and has its own private parking next to the lodge. Its located around a 1-2 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. The lodge does have sea views.

​Outside Area: The wrap around decking has outside seating and a gate making it enclosed.

Living Area: The lodge has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has freestanding furniture, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. There is also a dining table seating 4.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The lodge has 2 Bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) including a double sofa bed, sleeping up to 6 guests in total. We do provide fresh bedding for guests and can provide towels at an additional cost. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom with an additional shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.

FBHL COVID POLICY - 2021
All bookings will be covered by our COVID-19 policy.
If any of the holiday resorts close due to a lockdown, (Primrose Valley, Reighton Sands or The Bay) a refund for accommodation or swap of dates will be available for guests due to arrive in the closed period.
If the holiday resort remains open but the booking address faces a local lockdown and travel is not permitted (not just advised against), we will swap your stay to a later date.
If the guests booked are told to isolate due to track and trace or have a positive COVID test, we will swap your stay to a later date. We will ask for proof of a positive test or a text/email/letter asking you to isolate.
Please note, there is no change to paying for your stay due to COVID. If you don’t pay for your stay 6 weeks before, it will be cancelled.
Some facilities at the resorts may be limited and we are not responsible for this, all our accommodation is self catering only. Normal T&Cs still apply to all bookings.
