The caravan is very clean, comfortable and spacious, the beds and bedding very comfortable and clean, plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom. We had a welcome pack of goodies on arrival, also kitchen cleaning products were all supplied, having a good size fridge freezer was a god send. the decking was a must for us as our little westie is prone to wonder. The campsite is very peaceful and quiet which is what we were looking for, the other guests were friendly and chatty. Communication and booking to arriving was very smooth, Julia was perfect, answering all our questions via phone and email. Would we stay again ? waiting for the calendar and next years pricing to go live!!

Caravan 131 at Trimingham House was very clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped with a full size fridge-freezer, cutlery, sharp knives, 2 double beds and sofa bed, etc. Julia provides hand soap and cleaning/washing up equipment. On arrival we found delicious homemade Brownies along with teabags & cookies - which was kind. The photographs do not do the caravan justice - we were very pleasantly surprised. It’s in a quiet position with a view of the sea from the front sofa. There is a small fenced garden area plus decking. The Site Club was friendly & clean. The site cafe is basic but characterful and the pool looked nice for kids. It is a 3 min walk to the cliff top path and a 10 min walk down a tarmac driveway to the beach. Communication with Julia was very easy and efficient. We would be happy to recommend to others and book again for ourselves.

We just arrived home from a 4 night stay in this beautifull caravan its spacious , clean and excellent value for money, communication with the owner julia is 10/10 from start to finish, will defimetly be booking again.. We had cookies and tea making facilities on arrival it was just perfect..

Just spent a lovely weekend here. Caravan was lovely, spacious, clean & smelt fresh. Plenty of space for our 3 children. It was equipped with all cleaning products which was a god send - especially when I am a forgetful packer! Lots of storage room for the essentials! The caravan is situated in a really relaxing spot we could evem see the sea from our living room. Definitely be rebooking
