Cayton Bay Caravan Park - Holiday Accommodation 13162

It is our intention to facilitate a happy stay for you and your party and to also ensure that our holiday home is in good order for our guests that will be following you, hence it is necessary to set the following terms for protection of all.

1. Hire of our caravan is for the period detailed in your booking form, no longer.

2. There is no right of ownership to the caravan of any items within or around the caravan, all items are owned by Us and are there for your use during your stay.

3. It is your responsibility to safeguard the caravan and all items associated with it during your stay. All damages or breakages must be paid for and We must be informed immediately. Do Not attempt to make any repairs yourself!

4. Only 8 Guest permitted at any 1 time.

5. We must have full knowledge of all persons in your party.

6. PETS are NOT allowed.

7. We accept no responsibility for any occurrences deemed out of our control, such as weather, traffic, site issues, guest’s personal circumstances etc.

8. In the event of cancellation, We must be informed immediately you are aware that you need to cancel. We advise our guests to take out holiday insurance as monies once paid cannot be refunded. We will do our best to resell the holiday and only if we do, could we offer a partial refund depending on how much we are able to resell the holiday for.

9. It is in our interests to make sure that you are satisfied and we will do our best to resolve any issues amicably.

10. Keys are your responsibility during your stay. If you lose keys or fail to return them on departure a £10 charge will be made.

11. Our caravan is strictly NON-SMOKING.

12. Caravan can be accessed on day of arrival at 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. When vacating the caravan please ensure all heating is switched OFF.

13. There is a £150 damage/breakages or extra cleaning costs security deposit payable before occupation. This is fully refundable within 7 days of departure, subject to the above terms and conditions.

14. In compliance with the GPDR (Data Protection May 2018) law. By agreeing to the above Terms & Conditions you give us authorization to hold your details. And to only supply those details on our Booking Form. The details on the form are required between us the owner and our site operator for any private guests staying in our caravan. In both these cases they are kept for lawful purposes.

15. All Monies are due 4 weeks prior to arrival if the balance is not received by the due date the holiday will be cancelled an any monies paid will be lost. ...Show less
