Privately owned, pet friendly, 2 bedroom static caravan for hire on Hele Valley Holiday Park, Ilfracombe, North Devon, a 5 star AA and visit England site, also a David Bellamy Gold award site.
The tranquil park is situated just 6 minutes walk from Hele beach, and a 20 minute walk from Ilfracombe with all its shops, restaurants, cafes and beautiful harbour with "Verity" Damian Hurst's sculpture.
The caravan is fully equipped and sleeps preferably 4 in the two bedrooms, 1 x double & 1 x twin. There is a fold out bed in the lounge area for extra guests or children. It comprises a lounge, kitchen and dining area, all mains services, full gas central heating for those chillier evenings, hot/cold running water, toilet, shower, cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and glassware.
Duvets, pillows and all linen are provided and beds are made up for your arrival but please bring your own tea towels and towels.
A flat screen smart TV in lounge area with DVD player ( plus selection of DVDs) and access to Netflix, Amazon prime and other TV apps with a current subscription in place.
We also provide a selection of family games, DVDs and books for your use whilst at the caravan.
Outside there is a decking area with a table and chairs to sit at which is a real sun trap and a chance to listen to the sounds of nature.
All electric and gas used is included in the price and there is an electric fire in th lounge area. The caravan is in good condition and Hele Valley Holiday Park and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The Park is extremely well maintained with numerous flower beds, trees and grasses areas encouraging nature and is situated in a peaceful green valley with wildlife and birdsong. There is a natural stream running through the park.
There is a children's play area on the park including a zip wire and also a nature trail to exercise your dog. There is a laundry, and full WIFi access in the caravan included for the duration of your stay.
You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs during your stay (please bring your own dog towels and feeding bowls) and the park is dog friendly as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. There is a dog shower to use after a day at the beach and the park has numerous dog bins. Hele beach is also dog friendly all year round.
The local shop is just 5 minutes walk and is well stocked and there is a lovely thatched pub and original water mill café for Devon cream teas and delicious cakes within easy walking distance
A short 20 minute drive away is Woolacombe, with its beautiful award winning long sandy beach and Watermouth castle attraction and harbour is just 2 miles away. Lynton and Lynmouth are 30 minutes away plus the beautiful unspoilt Exmoor.
Hele Valley is ideally situated to explore the entire north Devon coast, and from Hele beach is direct access to the southwest coast path which has breath-taking beautiful views.
Booking Conditions:
No-smoking in the caravan and no single sex adult groups please.
We require £50.00 booking deposit; however, should another Covid related lockdown prevent you travelling your deposit will be refunded. The remainder of balance to paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
Payment should be by bank transfer or direct through the booking facility on the website.
