Butlins Minehead - Holiday Accommodation 13192

Stayed in this beautifully kept caravan with my 2 daughters, my three young grandchildren and my sister in law last week and we were blown away by the accommodation and the owner's customer service. This is the only van I've encountered that has 4 bedrooms, and still provides ample accommodation in all areas. It meant that each one of my 7 strong party had their own bed in a room and not in the living space. The main living area and kitchen/dining room were also spacious, and 2 toilets/shower room meant no one was caught short. The veranda is large and the van overlooks a green area safe for children to play and be watched. There was ample storage space and fabulous kitchen appliances and utensils/tableware. The van has easy access to the Butlins site which is a level 10 min walk. We experienced a terrible start when, at check-in, our reservation could not be located. We spent around one hour fretting over this, and eventually our booking was located; only to say the staff dealing with us needs to be trained and perhaps to go on a basic English grammar course. It was totally at the fault of this individual and Butlins administration that an avoidable delay occurred. As we had to contact the owners to try to shine a light on the unfolding fiasco, we were treated with every efficiency from them. So much so, Sharon returned to site, having only just left, to help. We had discovered the error when she arrived and we assured that in no way was this their fault. But she went out of her way to ensure we got to the caravan quickly and ensured we had everything we needed to settle in before leaving. Thanks for everything.

Lovely caravan, clean, comfortable and plenty of equipment. Would definitely recommend and if returning would book the same caravan.

Just returned from a weekend stay with family . The booking process was easy along with the arrival . The caravan was spotless and perfect for our needs, the location was quiet and lovely on the edge of the park and came with a parking space and entertainment passes. Will definitely recommend and be booking again. I would like to thank the owners for making the process easy and accessible.

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at Butlins in this caravan. Mark and Sharon have communicated with us brilliantly from start to finish. The caravan was spotless and very homely. It accommodates for very young children, we found the bed guard and plastic cutlery very useful! There is a lovely little green outside the caravan for the children to run around on. I would recommend this caravan to everyone, we had a lovely stay and would deffinatly stay here again!

We had a great week here in this lovely caravan had everything we needed, was very comfortable and very clean and looked after really well and made lot's of great memories we will be back.
