Our caravan is located on Rowan Close with its own parking spot, beds are made up for your arrival, free WiFi and a Smart TV with active Netflix and Disney+ subscription (with dedicated simple buttons on the TV remote). Comfy corner sofa with large footstool so you can snuggle up and binge the night away!

It's just a very short walk to the main complex, shop and direct beach entrance which runs a free train service up and down the hill at certain times of the day/year.
It's 12ft wide and has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms.

To secure a booking there is a £50 non-refundable deposit which comes off the balance plus a refundable £100 security bond which will be returned within 7 days of departure, providing the caravan is left in the same condition as upon arrival. The balance and security bond is to be paid 4 weeks in advance upon the start of your holiday.

There is a strict no smoking policy and no pets are allowed in the caravan.

We have a key safe at the caravan which is used in order for you to collect your keys, therefore there is no need to wait in any unnecessary queues at reception. We will provide you with the pin number before the start of your holiday and you can let yourselves in.
Park passes are not included in the price. These are required for entry into the evening entertainment and swimming pool. These can be purchased direct from Haven upon arrival.

We really want you to enjoy your holiday, but please remember this caravan is privately owned by us, we have regular full time jobs, we're not a business so request you take care in the caravan look after it for us during your stay.

Allergies - Please do not stay in this caravan if you have an allergy to dogs.

Please note: We only start holidays on a Monday for 4/7 nights or Friday for 3/7 nights

Brought our 3 young grandchildren, it was fabulous! The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The children loved all the games and beach toys in the caravan. The caravan is ideally situated for the entertainment complex, mini Market and the beach train. So easy to get to Bridlington and Scarborough on the bus. Came home via Bempton Cliffs, the grandchildren loved every minute of their mini holiday. Highly recommended.

Loved staying at this caravan Perfect spot but still quiet So clean and comfy sofa and beds Kevin goes above and beyond his instant communication was fantastic Would highly recommend and we will be returning Loved the fact it had wi fi too as it’s hard to get signal there so was an added bonus Had lots of games too to play 5 *****

A fabulous caravan for a family, ideally situated in the park. The caravan is exceptionally well equipped and very comfortable. It is very close to the entertainment and mini market. Very easy to get to the beach (the kids love the tractor ride), buses to Bridlington and Scarborough run frequently. The owners have ensured it is a very family friendly place to stay.

We had a great stay in this caravan, the owner was brilliant to deal with and very responsive. We had one issue with a light that did not work and the owner sorted it with the site and it was all fixed within the hour. The shop on site is great and only a minutes walk, along with the path to the beach and the entertainment complex. We didn't use the complex so cant comment on that but the beach is fantastic if you can cope with the steep walk :D

My sisters and I took my mum for a birthday weekend. The caravan was spacious and very well equipped. It was very clean, lots of space for all of us. The caravan is ideally placed for all of the Haven facilities, my mum enjoyed her 88th birthday there! We would definitely recommend this caravan (it was a shame we didn't have young children as there were lots of beach toys in the cupboard!!).
