Caravan says luxury however it appears tired, unloved and in need of some care and attention… 1) air conditioning unit was broken (on one of the hottest weekend of the year and it was very much needed - it was reported on our first day but unfortunately wasn’t fixed before we left) 2) dishwasher was broken (wasn’t a big issue as we ate out most of the time, however it had stagnated dirty smelly water inside) 3) one of the bedrooms was described as a double bed and although there was a double mattress this was placed on a small double base making it unsuitable for 2 adults as one would roll out 4) not enough crockery however we bought cheap crockery from asda and left them for any future guests 5) no wifi 6) we were told we had to buy the parks passes for use of the club etc which we had no intension of using (on leaving we did question this and was told we didn’t have to) On the whole the caravan is a decent size, the terrace was nice to sit on and the caravan was only a few steps away from the sea front. The bedroom with the on-suite bathroom was very a nice room. The living area was very spacious. Would we go back ? Unfortunately for the price we paid we wouldn’t however if all the issues above were rectified then yes because on the whole it could be a very nice caravan on a lovely caravan site

Beautiful lodge in a lovely part of the complex. Its very large modern and spacious. It has everything you will need for a great holiday. The owner was so helpful and responded to any questions quickly. The whole process of booking went so smooth. We met up with other members of our family for the weekend and the balcony/verandah was huge we all had plenty of room to sit, drink and chat and catch up. Everything was perfect. You pay a little more for this than an average caravan but you get so much more space and room to move about. En suite, Tvs in all rooms, wash mach, dishwasher even a bath. You will not be disapointed. If anything having wifi would be the cherry on the cake. Looking forward to going back again very soon. Thanks Peter.

We stayed at this Lodge for a long weekend just wish we could have stayed longer it was absolutely spotless and very spacious. We couldn’t fault it at all. When contacting the owner for a an queries he answered very promptly. We would definitely stay here again as it is an amazing Lodge.

All bookings are subject to a refundable fee of £100 to secure your holiday which is returned after the stay once the caravan has been inspected for any damages, this £100 deposit will not be refunded if you cancel before your visit or if you are found to have had pets or been smoking in the accommodation during your stay.

All funds and deposit must be paid in full at least 14 days before the start of your stay.

If you are concerned about booking your holiday due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, rest assured that should we need to cancel your holiday due to the park closing due to government instructions that you will receive a refund or be offered the option to change the date of your holiday (This may be subject to additional charges dependent on availability and the dates selected).

A registration form must be completed prior to arrival and all guests are required to report to reception to pay the registration fee, the charge paid will vary depending on the time of your visit and is non-refundable. This charge is to be paid by the guests, prices vary dependant on how many guests are staying and the dates of the stay.

The price for the registration is to help assist in the cost of Park Security, Maintenance, Insurance, Check In Process as well as a Key Handling Service. This price also includes the Entertainment passes for you to use the Complex Facilities, Adult & Children’s Entertainment and Swimming Pool.
