What a beautiful caravan, very clean and extremely roomy. The central heating was very easy to use, it's a lovely touch with, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. We highly recommend the caravan. Had a lovely time Linda, thank you very much. Ken and Pat

Stunning caravan, beautifully clean as the owner cleans it herself. Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely little touches like a toy box and play mat which was so useful for my young baby. Will definitely recommend to others staying at Cayton bay and 100% would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The caravan was lovely throughout and was very homely. Everything was included such as towels, bedding etc which made it all so much easier and a lot more space in the car! The caravan was lovely and clean and was lovely to have complementary coffee, tea, biscuits etc very kind. Would definitely stay here again???? we were super happy with everything.

Fantastic caravan, very clean with lots of little extras including halloween decorations and a welcome basket with biscuits. Everything we needed was there making it a home from home, would recommend and hope to stay again in the future. Perfect customer service too, even messaged me to say I'd left my charger which meant I had a chance to go back and collect it before leaving the area :)

Just stayed for the weekend and wow the caravan is beautiful and really clean we will definitely be booking to come again Great value for money and the children was kept entertained with the toys and games consoles already in the caravan to use

Absolutely beautiful caravan, very welcoming with lots of little extras! Everything has been thought of to make your stay brilliant. our boys loved the toys and games. Bedding was fresh and smelt amazing, towels were warm and soft! It really does have everything you need!!! Very highly recommended Thank you Linda

Absolutely beautiful holiday home. Lovely spot on the site, well presented, very modern & Homely - lots of extras to make your holiday that little bit extra. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels , bedding & even beach towels provided are a fabulous touch too. Extremely helpful & highly recommended owner. Thank you so much Linda .

Just returned from this lovely caravan with our 3 young grandchildren . Caravan in lovely position very clean had everything we needed loved the extra touches ie coffee tea milk . Towels & bedding made life much easier ! The girls loved the books & games left .They've already asked to return so we will be back .

Absolutely amazing spacious home from home caravan. Loved having the beds made and towels provided. Lovely baskets of complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and condiments which were very useful. In a lovely quiet area of the park. Lovely friendly owner and booking very easy with prompt replies. Would like to go back for a week next year and explore the area.
