Our brand new deluxe 3 bedroom caravan is for hire from March to November at Haggerston Castle. It is situated on a lovely sunny spot on South Lawn.
The caravan is very spacious and sleeps up to 6 people

All cooking equipment is provided, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and coffee machine
Gas, electric and linen are provided and beds are made for your arrival
Situated on the lovely South Lawn only a two minute walk from the main complex. Perfect for accessing the onsite facilities at the 5* resort.

Haven play passes are not included and need to be purchased on arrival from haven if required. They optional and there are a number of things to do that do not require a play pass. So please look in tho this before purchasing

Haggerston Castle is a lovely 5* park with lots of facilities and eating establishments. To name a few they have crazy golf, amusements, parks, swimming pool, horse riding, train that goes around the park, fish and chip shop, Papa John's, burger king, boating lake, a gym and a spa. There really is something for all of the family

❌Terms & Conditions of Booking❌
1) We are not part of Haven or the Bourne Leisure Group. All passes and associated Haven products, services, activities and facilities are booked and paid directly through Haven.
2) All Holidays are sold as self-catering accommodation and we cannot guarantee that the complex or park will always be open during your stay.
3) All Bookings are subject to our booking terms and conditions and apply as soon as you pay your deposit. By booking with us, that is you, the hirer, and all of your guests listed on your booking confirmation accepting and agree to our full booking terms and conditions. The Lead Hirer is responsible for all members of the booked party.
4) To book your holiday, we will require a booking deposit of £50. your booking will only be confirmed once your deposit has been paid and we have received this into our bank account. Booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All payments must be made via bank transfer using the lead hirer's name as a reference. All outstanding balances need to be paid within 4 weeks of your arrival date.
5) When paying the final balance we require all of the names & DOBS of guests in your party.
6) In addition to the cost of your holiday we require a £50 damage deposit. This will be refunded within 2 days of departure providing there is no missing inventory or damage following inspection.
7) We do ask that ALL guests remove outdoor footwear when entering the caravan so we can keep the carpets and flooring clean and dirt free.
8) We have the right to cancel your booking if you fail to pay your holiday balance 4 weeks before your arrival date.
9) If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform us ASAP. Where possible we will let you transfer your booking within 3 months of your original date. However you will have to pay any price difference if there is one.
10) We cannot be held liable or issue any refunds or compensation if you, your guests, or your holiday is affected in anyway because of events out of our control. Events 'Out of our control' are changes to or closure of any park facilities or activities, injury, illness, loss or damage, theft, break-in, fire, flood, explosion, storm or other adverse/extreme weather conditions, acts of god, loss of power or water due to mains supply failure, criminal damage, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics or pandemics, war or threat of war, or terrorist activities. We would advise all holidaymakers to take out adequate holiday insurance.
11) Check in is from 4pm. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in where possible if requested.
12) Departure is 10am. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongs left behind following your departure.
13) On departure, we request that you leave the caravan clean and tidy and kindly do the following before leaving:
*Please turn off all lights, portable appliances, and the electric fire.
* Please make sure there are no taps left on.
*Please close all of the windows fully and lock the door.
*Please dispose of all rubbish and take to the main bins on-site.
* duvets and pillows along with bedlinen and covers are supplied and placed on beds for your arrival. All bedding sheets and covers MUST be removed from duvets and pillows and placed in a black bag before leaving ready for the cleaner to collect.
*The hirer agrees to ensure that all kitchenware has been washed prior to departure.
If any one the these are not followed, then the damage deposit will not be returned to Hirer.
14) No pets allowed in the caravan at any time
15) All damages and breakages must be reported to us immediately. damages or breakages amounting to £50 or less will be deducted from your damage deposit.
16) Excessive damage amounting to more that £50 will be charged to you, the hirer-'excessive damage' includes but is not limited to:
*professional cleaning services require for stained upholstery, soft furnishings, mattress, carpets.
*internal and external damages/breakages
*missing inventory
*in the event our holiday home is unable to be re-let due to damage caused by you or a member of your party, you agree to cover all subsequent financial losses. Any damage left unreported during your stay or found following our departure will automatically result in the loss of your full damage deposit and you agree to cover all costs incurred above £50. If you fail to cover the full costs incurred, we will take the case to small claims court.
*in the event of malicious damage, we, the owners, and the Haggerston castle security team reserve the right to ask all guests to leave without notice or refund. For the safety of all holidaymakers, we will also contact the police if necessary.
17) There may be times where we, the owners, or Haggerston staff will require access to our holiday home at a reasonable time to investigate any reported damage, or to fulfil any immediate repairs. We will try and keep this to a minimum during your stay. refusal of entry by you, the hirer, or anyone in your party, will result in all guests being asked to leave without notice or refund if we feel there is a health and safety risk to anyone. Any issues reported to us relating to the boiler, gas supply or hot water, we aim to resolve within a few hours of the initial report. Reports made between the hours of 6pm and 9am are likely to be extended to the following day due to no engineers or plumbers being available on site during these times. We cannot be held responsible for the breakdown of any equipment in our holiday home during your stay and we will not issue any refunds or compensation under these circumstances.
18) Wet, soiled or stained soft furnishings and bed linen must be cleaned and your own cost, including any hire items. There is a launderette on site and tokens can be purchased from the Mini Market.
19) We are not liable for any loss or damage to the property or vehicles belonging to you or members of the party. Your vehicle is parked entirely at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings you leave inside or outside of our holiday home at any time.
20) Due to park regulations, we do not accept large adult only groups or stags/hens. Anyone that does not comply with this will be removed.
21) We the owners and the Haggerston castle team have the right to remove some or all guests without notice from our holiday home and the holiday park and no refund or damage deposit will be returned if:
* our full booking terms and conditions of which you agreed when booking is not being adhered to
*there is any damage found to our holiday home-internally or externally.
*there is disruptive or abusive behavior and/or disturbances, which affects other holidaymakers and owners.
*there is overcrowding of our holiday home at any time.
*the person (s) found staying in our holiday home are not those listed on the booking confirmation.
22) We ask you kindly if you could adhere to the following rules while staying in our holiday home, we have the right to remove you without notice or refund if they are not followed:
*STRICTLY No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
*NO drugs stored or used inside the caravan unless prescribed by a medical professional.
needles or sharp medical supplies should be disposed accordingly and must not be left in our holiday home or our waste bins.
*Please remove all outdoor footwear while indoors.
* BBQ s must not be used on the grassed areas or near the gas bottles.
*Wet or soiled linen must be cleaned immediately at your own cost.
* If you choose to leave earlier than expected please inform us ASAP.
*Children under the age of 18 must not be left unattended in our holiday home.
* Please report damage immediately.
23) We do NOT supply park passes for the park. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to purchase park passes from the on-site reception. Pass prices listed on the page are for guide purposes only. We cannot be held responsible if prices change as these are set by Bourne Leisure and Haven.

27) COVID GUARANTEEE- Should the park close or your travel is restricted by government guidance we will offer you a full refund or change of dates. Should a named member of your party be in Covid isolation or is positive for covid (NHS proof is required), you will receive a refund minus the deposit or a change of dates.
