Set on a large and idyllic plot, the caravan is surrounded on 2 sides by large fire breaks, with a good distance between other plots.
Quiet and serene, ideal for those wishing to get away from it all, sit and watch the wildlife on the large decking area, running round 2 sides of the caravan.
The caravan is surrounded by grassed areas with several seating areas, ample parking for 3 cars and playing areas.
Situated at the end of the roadway and close to the path which leads down to Weybourne station where you can board the famous steam train known as The Poppy line, stopping at nearby Holt and Sheringham, the park also has a platform for dis-embarkment off the train.
Although in the quieter part of the park it is only a 5 minute stroll away from the centre which boasts a convenience store area, laundrette, leisure centre, with indoor and outdoor swimming pool/steam room/gym etc; cycle hire, adventure playground, entertainment area, tennis courts, and other amusements plus take-away pizza as well as the restaurant and pub.
Entrance to the caravan is via a slight of steps into a large porch with a convector heater and double glazing. The caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing through out, the master bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite toilet/basin, a twin bedroom that can be put together to form a double bed if needed also one single bed can be titled against the wall to accommodate a baby travel cot (which is not supplied) and also a pull-out sofa double bed in lounge area.
There is a separate shower room and toilet/basin, it offers a good spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with gas hob oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine [pods not supplied] plus kitchen utensils; dining with table and chairs for 4 people; plus lounge area with corner sofa and gas fire.
There is also the addition of a large porch which can be used as an additional seating/eating area with conservatory furniture and table.
Gas and electric are included in the hire charge.
Quilts/pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
An iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer are provided.
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome in the accommodation but must be kept on a lead at all times on the park, but are free to roam within the caravan plot as it is fully fenced off. Please remember to clean up their mess, and please don't leave pets alone in the caravan.
I know some dogs prefer the comfort of a sofa, but please make sure the blankets are put on the sofa before hand.
No smoking /vaping in caravan please.
