This caravan is fitted with PVC Decking for that extra summer comfort. The outside is furnished with a patio table and chairs and a wooden picnic bench. The caravan is double glazed and is centrally heated for those chillier evenings. The caravan is sited with its own private parking bay, and there is no need to worry about the safety of the car.

The caravan is a few minutes from the shops & amenities and the main leisure complex. It is a 5 min walk from the path that takes you into Tenby town and a 10 min walk to the beach.

The lounge is spacious, very comfortable and modern with free standing furniture which also has a 43 inch smart TV with Netflix.

The patio sliding doors at the front of the van lead out to the veranda with rattan furniture. This gets the sun until approx. 10pm in the summer months.

The luxurious kitchen has all the necessary equipment complete with a full-sized cooker, fridge freezer, fitted microwave and a toaster. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs which is perfect for those family meals.

There are two bedrooms 1 large double with King size bed and fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom which contains a bath. 1 twin room with 2 x 3ft wide beds for extra comfort and access to the main shower room.

The shower room has a large walk-in electric power shower cubicle, toilet, and hand wash basin. There is also an additional toilet and hand basin in the ensuite master bedroom.

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. PAT testing and boiler servicing also takes place annually.

This privately owned caravan comes with free mains gas and electric. Pillows and duvets are included but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

Due to the high standard of this caravan and for everyone`s comfort there is a non-smoking policy and no pets allowed sorry!

A £50 deposit will need to be paid if booking online and £100 if booking directly, the remaining balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Failure to pay full cost of your holiday by the balance date may result in cancellation of your holiday without refund.

Prices are caravan only and do not include play passes. These will need to be purchased directly from the park .

There will also be a £100 damages bond to be paid. This will be refunded on inspection of the caravan after departure.

Wonderful week at this lovely caravan. Myself and my 2 boys (5 and 8) returned to Tenby this week and we have loved every minute. Communication following booking has been spot on, Quick and easy at arrival and the caravan nice and clean and had everything we could hope for during our stay. Beds lovely and comfy. Really good spot at Kiln park, not very overlooked and a short walk to the onsite supermarket. Having stayed at the park twice before this is the nicest caravan we have stayed in and we would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves. We bought Haven Play passes which we made good use of, lots for the boys to do and also had some lovely days out at Heatherton, Folly Farm and into Tenby and the beaches. The park and ride bus into Tenby from Kiln park was ideal and the walk back in the evening using the same route was fine too. Thank you Joanne and Alan for letting us stay in your lovely caravan.

A beautiful caravan with excellent facilities. Even has a bath which you don’t see often in caravans. Ideal location, close to the beach and mini market. Owners always immediately contactable whenever we needed help or had any questions. Very clean and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

By far the best caravan we have stayed in. The caravan was very clean with personal touches added which completed the enjoyable stay. I was celebrating my 40th birthday whilst away and Joanne and Alan went that extra mile with a surprise gift on arrival, such a lovely gesture and something I will always remember, thank you. The Caravan is one of the best we have stopped in and we have been to Kiln park several times. It was like home from home. Clean and accommodating.
