Topanga holiday home! I couldn’t wait anymore to write this review. We booked weds-sun with Emma after finding them on a webpage of owners. We of course we’re very cautious initially but soon felt at ease after speaking with Emma via email. Where shall I start?! Location: you are 2 minutes from the beach itself and a 10 minute leisurely walk from the main reception area with the arcade, pool, shop etc. You have the bins 4 caravans up from you too. everything is perfectly located here. We arrived around 12:30pm on the Wednesday to the park where Topanga was ready for us to settle into. Checking in, collecting the keys and finding the pitch itself was simple and stress free. We were welcomed with a clean, tidy, well equipped caravan. Theres a tray by the front door under the radiator for Sandy and wet shoes which is a fab idea! There’s also a large decked area with a seating area and a bench on the front. It’s very well lit at night too. There is artificial grass and a mat type thing at the bottom of the steps too which helps with slipping. There is parking enough for 2 cars by the van too. The decked area is private as it has screening round it too. Onto the inside now! There’s a good sized master bedroom with a king sized bed and en suite. Then 2 twin rooms with bed side tables too. All the beds have mattress protectors, pillow covers etc all ready for you to pop your duvet cover and sheets on. We did bring our own pillows however just because we always do so we stored the ones supplied in the good sized wardrobe. If you come with children little tip is to bring a little nightlight for their bedroom as it can get dark and scary for younger kids. We used one that is light sensitive so goes off through the daylight hours and only comes on at night. It was just right for the room for our 5 year old. I digress a little! The duvets were lovely and warm and the beds were very comfy too. We used the heating as well as the amazing fire place in the front room! The heating is brilliant I must say! You can also control the radiator heats on a 1-5 scale. We turned this off each time we went out as it seems redundant heating an empty van. Moving onto the bathroom, the shower was lovely and the water pressure was just perfect! No issues at all with any of the water temperatures, the hot gets extremely hot so be careful when you wash up the dishes! This leads nicely onto the kitchen facilities. There’s plenty of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. The only thing we missed was a spaghetti tool as we made pasta. We managed with the other items there. There’s plenty of pans and trays too. We used the grill which was ok and the oven too. No complaints at all. Feedback here is the toaster had lots of crumbs in and by it but it’s not always something people would check. The living room and dining area is also nice. Cosy, enough room for everyone here, decent tele for the evenings. There was plenty of room for our dogs crate too. The only thing we missed was a coffee table but there’s the dining table and coasters so it’s no big deal. The only little thing we said to Emma was about the hoover as there currently isn’t one and we like to clean up before we leave. What a fantastic week, the accommodation was fantastic, so spacious and so close to the beach. Well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The outdoor area had lots of furniture for outside eating. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living area was excellent with lots of space to eat and relax. Well equipped with great insights into the foibles of the accommodation. We had a great week. Highly recommended.

caravan was easy to find and very spacious modern and clean also well equipment information on how to use appliances very useful The plot was spacious and the bench on the decking by the door was handy for a cool down in the hot weather last week! The owner always replied promptly to any queries by text very quiet part of the park - very relaxing we would definitely stay here again good value for money

Just arrived home from a fabulous last minute mini break. Caravan is lovely pictures really don’t do it justice. Very spacious everything you need is provided and main bedroom is great, best bed I’ve ever slept in, in a caravan! Great decking. Lovely neighbours next door aswell. Site is beautiful, very clean and friendly. Clubhouse is fab. Ideal location to the beach only couple of minutes away dog friendly too. Ate out at 2 restaurants in Porthmadog Y Blanc(tapas) lovely and The Australia also lovely. Enjoyed a day out in Abersoch, footprints beach is amazing! Went mini golf/ foothgolf in cricceth really enjoyable. Great communication with Emma from start to finish would definitely be recommending to family and friends! Thanks so much Emma ????

Well what can I say other than amazing, we booked very last minute ( 3 days prior) and everything from start to finish was fantastic, Emma was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and checked up on us during the stay to see if we needed any help with anything . The Caravan was gorgeous. It was as like home from home , it was fully equipped with everything you would need/require. You can tell this caravan is extremely looked after 5 star service all the way. I will definitely be returning Thank you Emma and family x
