Description

St Austell 4 is a 2 bedroom static with en-suite off the main bedroom with tv and a second separate toilet/washroom.

There's 1 double and 2 single beds. A fully equipped kitchen and parking at the side of the property.

43 inch smart Tv in the lounge/diner. A selection of board games in the lounge. Additional Tv in the main bedroom.

Outside is decking with 4 chairs and table.

The beach and shopping area is just a 10 min walk away.

Had a lovely stay at Gail's caravan with my family and 2 grandchildren. Close to beach lovely position. Gail thought of everything you would need to make our stay memorable. Would recommend her van to anyone. We will be back again

We had such a lovely stay in Gail’s caravan. It was very clean, spacious and homely, with everything you could need, I can’t recommend it enough!! The en-suite makes a difference with being a family of 4. The location is perfect, a good base for local beaches. The site is quiet and friendly. Can’t wait to book our next holiday there!!!

We had a lovely holiday the caravan was clean and spacious and had everything you needed in it. Perranporth beach is just down the road, easy to walk to. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks again Gail x

We were the 1st family to rent the caravan as Gail is the new owner! From the 1st enquiry we made to the second we left we felt welcome. On arrival it was my partners 30th birthday and Gail took it upon herself to get a card and bottle of fizz for us to celebrate which was unexpected but we appreciated it as it was a very thoughtful gesture. The caravan itself was immaculate with everything we needed to cook, clean and feel at home. The bedrooms are really spacious which was suprising for a caravan. Dvds and games were provided which we used to keep the little ones occupied. Overall i cannot recommend Gail enough, she keeps in cintact throughout to make your stay enjoyable. We lived it so much we have booked to return to Gails van in August and can see ourselves being a regualr visitor. Thankyou for making our holiday Gail.

Owner's booking terms

To secure your holiday a £50 deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable ).
In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any excess cleaning and is fully refundable to you on successful examination of the holiday home following your holiday (it should be noted that any breakages should be declared and are chargeable to you).
The remaining money to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by cheque or bank transfer is preferred please.
All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions supplied on initial contact with the hirer

Quilts and pillows are supplied but guests are asked to provide their own bed linen and towels (2 single beds and 1 double bed).
The holiday home is available from 3 pm on the first day of your holiday up to 10 am on the day of departure
Dogs should not be left alone in the van.
