Just got back home after a lovely stay. The location was perfect around the lake, on the quiet side of the caravan park and so didn’t feel crammed in. A short walk to the highway pub. The main resort site is only a little longer and doesn’t take long to get back and fourth. The caravan had everything we needed for self catering and a bonus having the dishwasher, games to play in any spare time. Great value as the passes are included in the booking. Loads of extras to help your stay comfortable. Tracy was fantastic from day one booking our holiday, providing lots of answers to questions we hadn’t asked or even thought about, so when we arrived we were fully prepared and ready to enjoy our stay. We didn’t have any problems but if we did then Tracy was only a call away. We loved it and will happily book with this owner again

Family of 8 Absolutely fantastic caravan, everything you needed was there. Lovely size, and beds were really comfortable Clean and spotless Beautiful sited around the lake, relaxing area. Tracy was really helpful with all questions I had Will definitely be booking again Such a lovely caravan and lovely place Thank you ever so much again

Hi, just returned from having a weekend in this beautiful caravan. The caravan was beautifully clean with enough space for us all. Nice little extra touches such as games for the kids, cleaning products and just bits and pieces that you often forget to pack. This is in a beautiful location on the side of the lake just a short walk from the highway pub. Will definitely be booking again, xxx

We booked this break fairly last minute due to our abroad holiday being cancelled. Tracy was fantastic from day 1, keeping us up to date on the facilities available through the covid roadmap and sending us all the info we needed for our stay. The caravan was really affordable, we felt it was fantastic value for money. The caravan is situated away from all the hustle and bustle by the lake which is really peaceful, but has the advantage of being a nice walking distance the the caravan owners exclusive Highwayman pub (which is a lovely venue). Although it’s away from the main area it’s still walkable distance to all the Butlins activities, my 4 year old managed the walk to and from the main parts everyday with no bother. The caravan is lovely, clean, and plenty enough space. We have 3 girls 4,9,11 and there was plenty of room and more for us. A massive plus was the beds they are full size singles and a double which isn’t always the case in caravans, and quite comfortably had the best nights sleep we have ever had in a caravan !, we were provided a bed rail free of charge for our youngest which was a lovely added extra. The caravan came with a great selection of board games for the children which again was a nice bonus :) We were provided with lots of cleaning accessories, plates, cups bowls both for adults and children. We had kitchen foil and cling film and even ice cube bags!, there was tea, coffee sugar and oil to cook with as well as all the pots and pans. We had a fantastic break and we will definitely be booking with Tracy again highly recommended x
