Delightful 2 Bedroom Modern Holiday home with Decking. The beach is 250 metres away with 5 minutes access through the park to the beach and promenade.
A comfortable and furnished decking area is available plus adjacent parking, for 2 small to medium size cars. Access to the park is via security gates and an entry fob and codes are provided.
The lounge comprises a 3 seater bed sofa and 2 single chairs, all with throws.
An integral 4 seater dining table is available and trays are also provided for more relaxed diners
A TV, DVD player and HDMI cable are provided.
Two Bedrooms, a double with a King size bed and a smaller twin bed room. Two bedside mains sockets are available with an integral USB charger in the double. A similar single socket is provided in the twin room. Other normal sockets are available in the bedrooms.
Duvets, sheets and 4 pillows plus cases are provided. If required, two spare pillows and cases are also available.
Kitchen - Containing a built in oven grill, 4 ring hob, microwave grill and fridge freezer. Kitchen utensils, toaster and electric kettle are provided.
Main en suite bathroom, consisting of a shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and cupboards. A separate toilet with hand basin is also available.
Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday home please but is fine on the external decking area.
Children over 8 years old are fine and no young groups please.
Please note that bookings of less than 4 nights incur a £40 cleaning fee. Payment by PayPal will incur a 2% additional fee, nothing charged for bank transfers.

A rotary clothes dryer, a standalone clothes dryer plus a mini ironing board and iron, The site has a launderette with pay washing machines and dryers.
Both central heating and electric fire. Decking furniture and 2 collapsible and reclining chairs. . A bus stop is sited nearby to the site.
A hand towel is provided in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen and 2 tea towels are also provided. Please note - NO other towels are provided.
