No pets due to possible allergies. No smoking allowed in caravan. Parking right next to caravan with drive.

3 bedrooms, main bedroom en-suite bathroom, dressing table, TV, central island bed.
Pull out bed in sofa in lounge. central heating, double glazing. fire alarms.
Bring own linen, sheets, duvet covers, towels, duvets are provided.
Holiday guests purchase own entertainment passes at Club house for use of club house and amenities.

Deposit of £100 refundable on checkout when caravan checked for damage.
Full refund for lockdown only
