Date of stay - 10 Aug 2022 - 19 Aug 2022

Lovely clean caravan, perfect location at oakcliffe, the decking is perfect and gets the sun all day. We have young kids and they loved the park and met many other children. They used their bikes endless amounts on time and it felt very safe. Otherside of the Road was the outdoor pool, we were blessed as it was a heatwave and it was perfect. Would I go again to the same caravan, 100%. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The caravan was beautiful,my daughter loved that there was a big bath on the bathroom. It was home away from home. On arrival, there was milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and juice for us to use, Cleanliness was top marks. The owner was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Checked we were ok and if we needed anything. Had the most amazing holiday. Will be booking again

Absolutely fantastic caravan!! Everything you needed was there. Lovely site, quiet and peaceful. Kath was the perfect hostess. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this lovely caravan and site. Hope to go back soon.

We stayed at this fabulously situated caravan in Dawlish Warren it had everything you needed for a great holiday. It was very well presented and beautiful ly clean. We had a great holiday and will definitely be going back.

This caravan exceeded our expectations, it was the perfect holiday rental as far as we were concerned. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very clean Caravan and some nice touches such as a welcome note, chocolates, biscuits and drinks. The rooms were all a good size and it has a lovely big decking area. I don't think the pictures on this site quite do it enough justice. The BBQ and Dishwasher were also very welcome facilities that you don't always get in Caravans. Plus an actual bath! Kathryn was an excellent host, checking that everything was ok and being on hand when we thought we had an issue with the oven (Easily sorted) The site itself was great too. Despite being half term/Jubilee it was generally very quiet. The outdoor pool was nice and nothing ever felt over crowded. We used the facilities at Lady's Mile a couple of times and felt that having that access while being on the relaxed and quiet sister site was the perfect mix. Its also well located for the beach. The site has free wifi which although not perfect was sufficient enough for our general needs and our son enjoyed using the play area. We'll definitely look to use this caravan again if we come back to Dawlish.

A long weekend away to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday. The caravan was beautiful and we felt very comfortable and at home. Clean and well equipped. Lovely location. Kathryn is very helpful and returned messages very promptly. We will definitely be back.

This was a very last minute booking,4 days before me and my daughter went. Was thrilled when we arrived, the caravan was modern, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. All the basics, tea,coffee ,sugar, linen were supplied along with instructions on how to use the heating etc. Very quiet site ideally located,beds extremely comfortable . The Owner,Kathryn, was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay in this caravan again.

A very nice, well kitted out caravan in a perfect sunny location. Extremely clean and stocked with some nice essentials on arrival, which was a surprise. Enjoyed our weeks stay and will return. No hesitation recommending to friends and family.
