This is a family run caravan for hire and we are not part of the Haven group.

This is our Brand New 2021 Willerby Seasons 3 Bedroom / 6 Berth Caravan located in the beautiful peaceful area of Haggerston Castle Holiday Park.

Please note, entertainment passes are NOT included in our pricing but can be purchased from reception on a first come first served basis.

Terms and Conditions of booking:

A minimum deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking to secure your dates. An additional £100 security bond is also required, which is refundable within 48 hours of departure once the caravan has been successfully checked.

The full cost of your holiday must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. We have the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with the aforementioned condition.

Any deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation but will be deducted from the full total at time of payment.
The security bond is fully refundable however the caravan owners reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond for the additional cost of all breakages, damages and stains within the caravan including:

A) replacing and/or repairing all damage
B) all breakages
C) Cleaning - you will be charged if we have to
*wash your dirty pots/pans
*remove stains from any surface including caravan walls
*replace any of the fixtures, fittings or contents
*no sheets with bodily fluids will be washed, they will be charged for and replaced
*missing/damaged duvets and pillows

The occupants must inform the owner within 12 hours of arrival if they find any defects, inventory or breakages to avoid those charges being applied at the end of their stay.

Full terms and conditions will be emailed to you at the time of booking and your booking will only be confirmed once these have been read and accepted.
