Lovely 4 bedroom caravan for let at the fantastic Waterside holiday park, Paignton.

Lounge/dining area
Spacious, light and comfortable lounge area, with sofa seating that can seat 6, coffee table, TV, DVD player, and Xbox 360 for use. Free WIFI available.
Dining table in lounge that can seat 4. Sofa also pulls out into a nice double sofa bed
Kitchen
Modern looking kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, gas oven with 4 ring hob and grill, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of mugs, glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
Shower room
Shower and sink, with towel holders and bathroom cabinet for storage with mirror.
Toilet
The toilet is separate, not much more to say, your standard toilet!
Bedrooms
2 double rooms and 2 single rooms, there is a double room and single room next to each other at either end of the caravan. The single rooms have 2 single beds, that could be pushed together to make a small double. The double rooms have a wardrobe either side of bed, and a third small wardrobe, shelving and a mirror which serves as a dressing table. The single rooms have one wardrobe in each.
Location
The location of Waterside holiday park can't be beaten! Your within 5 min walk of joining the south west coastal path with its spectacular views of the bay, beautiful coves to explore and great beaches. 15 min walk either way are Goodrington sands, with it's waterpark, pubs, cafes and refreshments, and broadsands beach with its great cafe, walks along the bay and watersports hire such as paddle boarding and kayaking.
If your feeling more adventurous Paignton Town, pier and seafront are within walking distance, even Torquay if feeling fit! The other way is the coastal path to Brixham with its beautiful coves to discover along the way. If you'd rather hop on a bus and explore, there is a bus stop at the top of the park that runs buses every 10 min at peak time, they run from Torquay to Brixham, and stop everywhere in between, meaning you can leave the car behind and take advantage of the great public transport, and take in the sights on the way.
The holiday park itself has everything you and your family could need including a play park, outdoor heated pool with patio area, the smugglers pub/restaurant and takeaway, the clubhouse with plenty of entertainment for adults and children with its adjoining amusement arcade. There is also a well stocked shop and laundrette.
Local shops, takeaway and supermarket 5 min walk from top of park, the various takeaway shops also deliver to the holiday park but please phone and check.
Local attractions include Quay West Water Park at Goodrington sands, Paignton zoo, Dartmouth steam railway, babbacombe model Village and lots more.
Why not take a boat trip from Torquay to Brixham or even Dartmouth, weather permitting, exploring these beautiful villages and coast before returning on the boat.
Quilts and pillows are supplied for all beds including the sofa bed, but please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. No pets sorry. The caravan is professionally cleaned between each guest stay. Minimum 3 night stay, but flexible and open to discuss dates etc, any unknown availability on calendar please enquire as they are likely to be available.
There is an extra £50 security deposit which will secure your booking, and which is refunded upon inspection of caravan and no damage evident. Any physical damage to the caravan will be charged to the guest as in the terms and conditions of this website. I ask guests to please leave the caravan tidy as you found it, due to the bad state my cleaner has found the caravan in a few times, and the subsequent extra time it takes cleaning, deposit will not be refunded and photographic evidence will be taken as evidence to show why
