The stunning Skegness with award winning beaches is a 5 minute drive away and Fantasy island theme park and market is 5.5 miles away so everything is easy to get to for a good day out.

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 8 people. You are responsible for looking after the caravan during your stay and it must be clean and tidy on your leaving. Please make sure all cups, saucers, cutlery etc are clean and returned to where they are stored. All rubbish must be removed and put in the on site bins.

£75 deposit required for each week you book. Your booking will be held for 5 days to allow for the deposit to be sent. The final balance must be paid 28 days prior to your stay. Failure to pay under those terms will lead to the deposit being forfeit and the caravan being re let. A £50 security bond will be added to the final balance. This will be returned to you within 10 days of you vacating the van and it being inspected and it being found to be clean and tidy with no damage. If damage exceeds the cost of £50 to repair or replace you will be responsible to pay.

We reserve the right to enter the caravan for maintenance or to follow up on complaints at any time. Your holiday may be subject to being cancelled and you being asked to leave if our terms and conditions are not adhered to.

Had a great weekend within this site, lots to do on the site for kids, caravan was very well maintained, very clean and comfortable, beds made up on arrival, love the little treats left, will definitely be rebooking.

Mark and Tina should be so proud of themselves with their caravan honestly it’s so homely and lovely.. I am a mother of 5 little girls and 2 have additional needs mark and Tina where so lovely and understanding.. we are planning on coming back again also. I can’t highly recommend these 2 enough and you deffo would not be disappointed xx thank you both again for everything xx

We had a great time at Mark & Tina's caravan this weekend, the caravan itself was immaculate with everything you could need for a short holiday. There were also some nice personal touches and we could tell that this was loved holiday home as opposed to a money spinner that you might find elsewhere. The location is great and at night things are very quiet which is a nice change from the norm. Comms were excellent throughout and any questions I asked during the stay were answered by email very quickly. I would absolutely recommend staying here and we'll certainly be back in future.

Lovely, clean and modern caravan. Quiet well maintained spot but close to all the amenities. Separate toilet and shower room...Great idea. Three nice size bedrooms excellent for two adults and three growing teenagers. Well stocked kitchen including large fridge freezer, full size gas cooker and microwave making feeding the family so much easier. Large living room and dinning room with extra luxury of footstools for added comfort. Large Loved all the added extras that made out stay even better. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Just returned home after an amazing weekend. The caravan was lovely and clean, tidy and homely. The caravan was kitted out very well with all the utensils you should ever need. Arriving to a bottle of prosecco was also a lovely touch. The site is a lovely site, although we didn't use the facilities as the entertainment passes were quite expensive for a family of 5 for 3 nights, although would be worth it if you were staying for a week. We didn't struggle for alternative things to do, we had a walk into skegness and also an open top bus ride into Ingoldmells. The local pubs (welcome inn and Highway man) were really good with Karoake and friendly, warm welcome. Thank you very much we will definitely return.
