Front row pitch with beautiful uninterrupted sea views, sit back and relax, direct access to beach, although via steep steps, slopes and steps or over sand dunes so would have to carry baby’s and buggies, which is easily done, but like to make sure people know about beach access, rock pools and caves to explore for the little ones, beautiful walks along the Durham coastline
Passes are NOT included in rental cost
Bedding provided, you need to bring your own towels/ tea towels

£75 refundable security deposit required to secure booking returned after you leave the caravan and it’s been checked and there is no damage or missing items

No smoking in caravan, if smoking outside please dispose of cigarette stubs properly and not throw them on the grass or around the caravan, ashtray provided
Dogs welcome but please pick up the dog poo when walking your dog and put it in the bins, you’d be surprised how many people don’t
