Stayed in this caravan with my partner 5 year old & 10 month old for 4 nights and I can honestly say the owner, Lynn, went above and beyond for us, it was my sons 5th birthday the day we arrived and she put banners up and balloons for him. I honestly can’t thank her enough, nothing was too much for her, the caravan was lovely and clean and very homely and we’ve already rebooked for next year! Thank you Lynn!

After a much needed mini break this was absolutely perfect.. My 2 children who are 6 & 11 both loved it in fact they didn't want to leave.. Lynn and Tom were both brilliant from arriving to leaving nothing was a problem . The caravan is well equipped with everything you could possibly need.. Very very clean & tidy beautiful sea view to enjoy your morning cuppa absolutely fantastic can't wait to return ?????

Stayed for a long weekend as a family of 4. The caravan was well positioned with easy access to everything the park has to offer. Just a few minutes walk to the lovely quiet beach and close to the childrens’ parks and clubhouse. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. Everything looked new and worked perfectly. Instant hot water and a great shower. The kids loved the swimming pool on-site and we all had a great weekend. Lynn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Hopefully we will be back in the future x

We would like to thank Lynn and Tom really nice and friendly couple for letting us stay at there lovely caravan we can't wait to stay there again it was immaculately clean not far from facilities tea coffee and milk provided lovely sea view couldn't have asked for more we would highly recommend anyone wanting to book at crimdon dene to stay at Lynn and Tom's.

Just returned from a lovely 5 day break, the caravan was absolutely spotless, it has absolutely everything you need, home from home and waking up to a beautiful sea view is just the added bonus. Lynn is absolutely brilliant, such a lovely lady, from booking to leaving, she stayed in contact recommending things to do and places to go, we will definitely be booking with her again. Beautiful caravan with lovely views of the sea, Lynn is so welcoming and kind and couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent communication beforehand as we travelled from out of area and didn’t know the area all that well. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. Caravan was spotless. Lynn was so friendly. She made us all feel so welcome. Even put up banners and made my daughter a chocolate bouquet for her birthday. Such a lovely thoughtful thing to do. Waking up to a sea view was amazing.Had such a lovely time I booked up for April before leaving.

Such a lovely stay. Although a very cold time of year the caravan was cosy with plenty of heaters. Very clean and a home from home. Lynn has been a complete star and so helpful.

Stayed with my 2 daughters and granddaughter for a get away from it all weekend...van was well presented and very clean. Lovely touches made it homey...really good communication when sorting out dates etc and all questions answered .would recommend a stay here and would stay again...thanks for a great weekend

This was our 2nd booking immediately booked after our 1st when the caravan owners stared their caravan adventure. This time we were made aware of what to bring with us and to wrap up warm as the owners had stayed there overnight previous to us going. Caravan was spotless as was the 1st time. All essentials were provided for us even though we didn't expect this. Owners also got in touch beforehand to ask which beds needed to be made up for us arriving. Pricing on our stays 1st and 2nd time were unbelievable. Couldn't believe our luck. And the view from the front of caravan is unbelievable. Not even 20paces outside and you are seeing the Durham coast for real! Absolute Gem.

Was our first time away with 4 children all under 10.. Amazing time we didn't want to leave.. Amazon sea views.. Lots to do.. Was like home from.home power went above and beyond to accommodate us I'd recommend to.anyone to.book up.with these literally can't wait to get bk to the caravan to.make.more.memories thanks guys!

Stayed here in august 2 adults and 2 small children, the caravan was perfect! spacious and homely and absolutely spotless! And the view was amazing, wonderful to wake up to on a morning! the hosts were very responsive and very helpful, was the perfect family holiday, can't wait to come again!!!
