Welcome to Wet Feet Retreat. We are a family run holiday home rental service. We have a beautiful 2020 ABI Merlin 2 to offer, sited at the ever popular, award winning Tattershall lakes. We're situated on a brand new development of the park on Swan View. Our plot is a large corner plot in a cul-de-sac, with no passing through traffic and ample space for children to safely play and run wild.

The van benefits from a modern, spacious, bright and airy open plan living arrangement with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Complete with double glazing and central heating for those colder winter nights.

The living room has a large L shape seating area as well as a family dining area.

The kitchen is complete with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Including an undercounter fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, full gas cooker with hob and grill as well as an iron and Ironing board.

Sleeping arrangements:
1 master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
2 twin rooms each with 2 single beds and single wardrobes.
1 sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms come complete with smart TV's.

There is one family bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC with ample storage and a second WC with wash basin.

This luxury van is finished with private parking for 2 cars, a large decked area which includes your very own private, daily maintained hot tub, and an outdoor dining area.

We offer Free unlimited private WIFI, speeds may very dependent on park occupancy.
