Entering by the front door the recently carpeted lounge and dining area is to your left with comfy wrap around seating and additional stools for the integrated dining area.

There are several cupboards around the gas fire. There is Tv in the lounge area.

There is a galley kitchen to your right. This has a 4 ring gas hob and integrated grill and oven. There is a microwave oven a large under counter larder fridge and a new under counter freezer with 4 draws. There are multiple pots pans and crockery. An iron and ironing board is provided.

Off the kitchen is the family bathroom with a large walk in shower w.c and washbasin

In the left is the first of 3 twin bedrooms each with plenty of storage. All beds have high quality pillows and duvets and benefit from waterproof mattress protectors.

Further along the corridor is twin bedroom number 2 and exact replica of twin room 1. Opposite this bedroom on the right is the second toilet with washbasin.

The next bedroom on the left is the master double bedroom with a full size double bed with high quality pillows and duvet and benefits from waterproof mattress protectors. There is a double wardrobe cupboards bedside tables and a shelf with large vanity mirror.

To the right of the master bedroom is the 3rd twin bedroom again with 2 single beds and a large cupboard/wardrobe.

We can provide (free of charge) a cot high chair and/or bed guard please tick if required.

Outside there is a veranda which is accessed via the back door. This has a table and 4 chairs.

All bedrooms and lounge have recently been re carpeted. Maximum occupancy is 10 and infants do count as an occupant. Deposit is 100 to secure date.

For Adult breaks we do provide full passes so access to all areas of the resort. Minimum occupancy is 4 guests with additional passes available to purchase on request.

2 adult and 4 child passes will be included and additional passes can be purchased up to a maximum occupancy of 10. Please enquire for price of additional guest passes.

We will be providing bedlinen packs for all our beaks. Every occupied bed must use the bed linen provided or if you wish to bring your own you may do so. Any beds used without bedlinen will incur a charge and be deducted from the damage bond.
