Lovely clean caravan with lots of homely touches which are very welcoming a real home from home. Paul the owner is easy to deal with, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Paul and his caravan. We had a wonderful few days stay. Sue

This is the best caravan we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few. Very clean, very spacious with lots of homely touches and everything one could ever need and more. The caravan is in a quiet part of the site which suited us, especially with a baby who goes to bed early. Paul, the owner, communicated well from point of booking and repaid the deposit promptly. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Well what can you say about Paul. His hospitality is way beyond and above any expectations. From the date I booked until the day we arrived, Paul kept in regular contact to make sure we had all the information we needed. Travelling with 4 young children there is always that worry, something may go wrong but not with Paul. Called few days before we were due to travel to provide directions and key codes. He called on the day to make sure we got there OK. The caravan was spotless and had a homely feel to it. Plenty of movies, games and toys to keep the young entertained. Deposit returned even before we got back home. Thank you so much for the brilliant hospitality. Hope to see you again.

Lovely holiday, we have enjoyed very much, caravan has anything you need, beautiful decorated, I do understand why they don't allow dogs as it is sparkling clean, the location is great, on site you have Splash where you can take the young children for fun splash, pool 1m deep, or1.5m deep, kids entertainment,Llandudno amassing to visit only 40min to drive overall a great experience our first time in North Wales, definitely high recommended. ????

What a fantastic mini break ! The caravan was amazing with every detail thought of. It was comfortable and welcoming and spotlessly clean with every need taken care of. Literally a home away from home. We will definitely be returning to this caravan as soon as we can.

I got confirmation from Paul within hours. He kept in regular contact , he even gave us a courtesy call when we arrived back home. I received My deposit straight away , he even checked that I had received it. I have been on many a caravan holiday, however this caravan was A1. The inside was spotless and had that homely feel to it. Great value, Great Caravan & a Great Site

Highly recommended for anyone looking to hire a caravan, Paul the owner is very helpful and as great communication with whoever is hiring the caravan, Had a great time and the kids loved it, the caravan was clean upon arrival.

Just got back from a lovely weekend at this caravan. Caravan was lovely, clean and very homely. Paul the owner was very helpful and there if we needed him. Robin hood is great for kids, lost of things to do and lots of places to visit near by. Would recommend this caravan and we will definatley stay again ????
