About the owner

Hi we are a family of five and this is our beautiful second home. I have so many childhood memories of staying in a caravan on holidays and they are the best holidays I had as a kids. I wanted to give my children the same great memories hence why we purchased this van.

This is our families beautiful holiday home.

We offer 7 night bookings Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday.

Weekends Friday to Monday (3 nights)
Short breaks Monday to Friday (4 nights)

A £50 deposit will secure the booking and the balance is due to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

We also have 2 other sister vans on the same site. So if i dont have availability one of them will have so please get in touch.

The main double bedroom has a wardrobe with bedside cabinets, two further twin bedrooms with cupboards, the twin beds can be moved together to form doubles. There is a pull down bed in the lounge area to sleep a further 2 people. All bedrooms benefit from blow air heating.

Spacious bathroom with heater, shower, hand wash basin and toilet, and a further separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, large oven and hob, microwave and all crockery and cutlery required for self catering. Also iron and ironing board available.

Spacious lounge with ample seating, gas fire, TV, Dining table and seating. Also benefits from a gated veranda.

There is a key safe fitted to the caravan which will enable you to gain easy access anytime after 2pm on day of arrival, check out is required by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedding provided and will be made up on arrival (travel cot available but you will need to bring bedding), you will need to provide your own towels and tea towels.

Excellent amenities and facilities on the site catering for the whole family, including minimarket, launderette, several places to eat including Papa John's Pizza, Fish and Chips and the Quayside Café Bar.

Fishing Lake, Crazy Golf, Heated Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Go Cart Track, indoor and outdoor play area, amusement arcade, live entertainment and much much more available

Fun passes are not included but can be purchased from Reception on arrival. The fun passes provide access to all entertainment facilities, swimming pools and sports and leisure complex. There is a land train which runs from the site to the beach and also into Mablethorpe.

The Seal Sanctuary is located near to the beach only a short walk from the caravan. There is also a pub within easy walking distance from the caravan.
