My family caravan has 3 bedrooms one double and two twin bedrooms and additional sleeping in the lounge very spacious and comfortable and has a very homely feeling. Everyone who visits should feel like they at home from home. Decorated in neutral colours and is very modern includes gas and electric and has central heating. Kettle and microwave in kitchen tea and coffee making facilities available.

Description

Comfortable family friendly 3 bedroomed caravan, Ready to accommodate Your beach holiday and exploration of the beautiful Isle of Sheppey.

Accommodation consists of a lovely double bedroom , 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with 2 comfy single beds per room and a pull-out sprung double in the lounge area .
Top quality pillows and bed linen are included and your beds are freshly made prior to arrival. (NO Travel cot or Highchair currently provided Please enquire before booking if required.)

Convenient fully fitted kitchen, gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. Comfortable lounge and dinning area with Smart TV.
Cosy and warm year round with Gas heating and double glazed.
Great electric shower, two toilets. With toilet rolls, hand wash and sanitiser, kitchen tea towels and cleaning cloths supplied for Your stay.
Complimentary Tea, Sugar, Instant and Filter coffee are available along with some useful cooking dried herbs and spices.

A £50 deposit paid at time of booking will be held in case any damage or breakages . After a successful inventory and caravan check this will be refunded 5-7 days working days after your stay.

Situated on the Harts Holiday Park, Leysdown, Isle of Sheppey,
The site staff are on site 24hrs and very professional and super helpful. The ground staff keep the Park immaculate and a relaxed family friendly with a zero tolerance of Rowdy anti social behaviour.
There are activities happening throughout the day for the whole family; a list of events an activities are available from reception.
Harts Holiday Park entertainment passes available for purchase from reception.
There is a fabulous 23m indoor pool with baby pool, mini golf, pottery studio, evening entertainment and much more.
Times for the Pool have to be booked on arrival due to restricted numbers.
The site also has a pay as you go laundrette purchases made by Circuit laundry mobile app, located adjacent to the main reception building, available (7am-7pm).

The park entrances onto the Highstreets of Leysdown, A Popular Sea side town with; a Traditionally Bakery, choose of convenient stores and a variety of take away restaurants: Fish and Chips, Indian, Chinese, Pizza, Kebab and Local Pubs.

The Beach is only a 5 min walk from the park entrance, with Amusements and Arcades on the way.
Beautiful coastal walks, Golf and a host of tourist attractions both on the Isle of Sheppey and Mainland Kent within easy reach.

Beutiful and comfortable caravan, myself and my wife had a lovely time at the caravan. We absolutely did not want to leave. We had everything we needed,even had a few laps in the swimming pool even though it had been a while????. We will be going back there soon????

Definitely recommended. Owner was very forthcoming with information regarding our holiday and arrival procedure. Caravan was spotless and very homely and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Rosie to anyone and the park had everything we needed for the kids to enjoy the last of their summer holidays.

We stayed here for a long weekend at the end of August (4 adults and 4 children and our dog) The caravan was in a good location, easy to to get to the playground and the club house. The caravan was clean and tidy on arrival and was ready for check in at 2pm - as agreed. The owner was responsive on email and answered any questions that I had. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and plates/ cups/glasses etc were available as well as linen for the beds. the caravan was also reasonsably priced compared to booking with other places - which was a pleasent surprise. thank you for our stay - we had a lovely time. kim

We stayed here for a long weekend in July, the caravan is situated in a great location on the park in a very quite and peaceful area , inside the caravan it is very spacious and extremely clean and tidy with fresh bed linen and towels provided as well as all of the kitchen utensils etc that you would need for your stay. There are many facilities at the park and around the area with the beach just a short walk away. We would defiantly book this caravan again and recommend it to family and friends who were looking for a caravan holiday. 5* All Round

We had a lovely weekend staying at this caravan! Perfect size rooms and lovely layout throughout the caravan. Location was great once you are parked up you will not need to drive again, everything is in walking distance. Lovely view of fields and sunset from your window! Will definitely be back.

Loved the stay family holiday, it was super convenient to walk and spend the the beach with the children. We booked a cart to whiz around the site with the kids whom love every second of it . The tempting choose of takeaways distracted us from so out home cooking but we’re excellent quality. The caravan was warm and clean and the whole family slept great after the excitement of the day’s adventures. I will be booking again for next year!
