Welcome to our Lovely privately owned, Cosy, Comfortable, Modern, Bright and Spacious Holiday Home, a self catering 3 bedroom Holiday Home, with wrap around front Veranda and side decking, has no private parking space but parking is available close by. It is located and situated in a quiet area of the Park, also close to the Entertainment Complex housing the Bar/ Restaurant where you can enjoy a good meal/drink. There is also an Unusual shaped Indoor Swimming Pool, Shop for the essentials, Launderette. The park is Pet Friendly (pets not allowed in the complex itself but are allowed in the outside Drinking Area)

Located at the Coghurst Hall Holiday Park in Hastings, East Sussex.........other Seaside Areas close by include, St Leonards-on-Sea,,Bexhill. Camber Sands, Eastbourne and Brighton

Just a short drive from the park, you will find all your shopping needs at Aldi, Rye Road, Hastings, Tesco Express,Old London Road, Hastings and Sainsburys John Macadam Way, St Leonards-on-Sea all within 3 miles of the Park..

Within a 15 minute drive there Is Ravenside Retail Park that has a Marks & Spencer. B & Q, Currys/PC World, B & M, Tesco, Boots, Halfords, Poundland, Pets At Home and other retail stores, there is also a KFC and McDonalds Dining places..

The Caravan itself :-

It has 3 separate bedrooms:-
1 Double with Double Bed, Bedside Units and Lights, 40 inch TV with built in dvd, (a variety of dvds for your pleasure) Ensuite Toilet and Basin. Wardrobe and Drawers, Dressing Table and Mirror.
2 Single with 2 Single Beds in each, Storage, Wardrobe and Drawers, Mirror.
Pull out Sofa Bed in Lounge

* ALL BEDDING INCLUDED AND ALL BEDS WILL BE MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL *

A separate spacious Bathroom has Toilet , Shower and Basin, Large Mirror, small Hand and Foot Shower towel

* MAIN TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED *

The Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed....Utensil wise. There is a Gas Oven and Cooker, Full sized Fridge Freezer, Microwave
Toaster and Kettle.

* TEA TOWELS SUPPLIED *

The Dining Room/Lounge has a Dining Table with 4 Chairs, 50 inch TV [ with Netflix] , Bluetooth controlled by WiFi, Sound system through speakers in the ceiling, Coffee Table and Sofa which has a built in Metal Action Sofa Bed.
The Lounge has French Doors which lead out onto a wrap around Veranda/Decking Area
PETS ALLOWED :- 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs. Please bring your furry friends bed/bedding.

There is a Gas Barbecue for Alfresco Dining.
Parking is available close by.

FOR THE COMFORT OF FUTURE GUESTS:- STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN OR ON THE VERANDA
SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE GRASSED AREA THAT SURROUNDS THE CARAVAN. NO GROUPS ALLOWED

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES AND FISHING PERMITS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT CAN BE PURHASED THROUGH PARK HOLIDAYS RECEPTION BUT ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, (ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS BAR/RESTAURANT, THE SWIMMING POOL.)

Huge thanks to Martin for renting us his wonderful caravan. We spent Jubilee Bank holidays here with our kids. Kids enjoyed a lot … The caravan was lovely, real home from home, spacious, clean, and tidy. Quite location in holiday park. Would recommend. Great communication from Martin… He sent us each and every detail about caravan… which made it very comfortable stay… we will definitely book this caravan again…

Martin was so accommodating with our dates. A nice surprise, a bottle of wine , left in the fridge for us. The holiday accomodation is absolutely spotlessly clean with the added bonus of made up, very comfortable beds. The shower is larger than average, with the added bonus on an ensuite wc. All spotless. I really couldn't fault and hopefully will return towards the end of the season. Thank you Martin for making it all so perfect.

A great stay at Martin’s caravan. My family and children extremely enjoyed themselves. Great facilities and so much around to book and enjoy. The wine and chocolates were an added surprise gift. We can not wait to rerun again this year for another stay. Can’t fault anything
