Welcome to our holiday home.
This luxury holiday home is situated on the lovely retreat only a short walk to all the attractions.

We pride ourselves on giving our guests the home from home experience with a very spacious, modern and fully equipped caravan.
Our family have had lots of seaside holidays and we hope to bring the same enjoyment for lots of other families.

Stunning open aspect holiday home.
Beautifully finished in a modern contemporary style. Neutral colours throughout. An ideal choice for those families wanting a little bit more luxury.
The kitchen is fully equip with gas hob, oven , microwave , built in fridge/freezer & dishwasher.
The double master bedroom includes a huge dressing table and fitted wardrobes to the side and also over the master bed, plenty of space for your personal items & clothes plus a TV. To complete this we a have en-suite with toilet and wash basin.
2 twin bedrooms with storage.
Further down the hall is our family bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin.
All rooms have USB changing sockets & Bluetooth speakers in the living area.
To the front of our holiday home there are patio doors with an enclosed veranda, also a second veranda at the side with patio furniture.

Bed linen can be hired.

Mains gas & electric.
Our Caravan is family friendly, we do not allow smoking or pets. Thank You.

I have made this our holiday home and not just a caravan. I ask that you respect our holiday home and leave in a clean and tidy condition please.

Deposit of £100 required when booking a date for your holiday.
£100 refundable deposit required.
Full payment needed 8 weeks before your holiday date.

Included in the cost is 2 adult passes and 2 children passes.
Extra passes can be purchased at an extra cost.


Butlins Rules: For (Wrist Bands)
Infants: 1 year and under do not require wrist bands.
Children: 2 years and under 14 years.
Adults 15 years and above classed as Adults on booking.

You can get access to the PIG & WHISTLE which serve drinks, meals, entertainment and activities through the day and night. Including sky sports screens pool table dart boards.
There will be access to Butlins complex, including Reds, Centre stage, Splashworld.
Also you will have access to the funfair, shops, arcades, bowling lanes, bars & restaurants.
