Our first time for a caravan holiday and the bar has been set very high. Absolutely beautiful caravan which was very spacious for a family of four and had everything you needed including fans which were a godsend having been the hottest week. The caravan is situated in a great area. Not too far away from the park but not too close either so you can enjoy the quietness. Great communication with Anna . We hope to be back again summer 2023. We would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again Anna xx

This is by far the best caravan I’ve ever stayed in the caravan is absolutely beautiful it’s huge so spacious immaculate in side had every thing we needed , any thing at all we needed anna sorted it straight out for us! I won’t stay in another caravan in Flamingoland again now 10/10 for us we will be back soon thanks so much for having us

Myself, my partner, and our 3 young children had a wonderful stay. The caravan was immaculate, and easily the best one I've ever stayed in, very spacious and full of everything we needed! Location is fab, it's on a quieter area of the park which was great for my autistic 5 year old. Anna was a brilliant owner from start to finish, she kept in communication and was polite and friendly throughout. The deposit was also returned within 2 days, which is the fastest I've ever had it back! Thanks Anna, we had a lovely time and would definitely book with you again ?????

didn't like the owners attitude, tried to reason with her.. but all she cared about was her "63,000" caravan ... her parasol had been blown off the patio set while me and my family were in Scarborough ... then my son with learning difficulties had an accident during the night in the main bedroom .. which i had tried to wash and scrub .. also got blamed for smoking in her caravan and security called out a couple of times for making noise ... myself and my partner have 5 kids and know the extent of noise and everything else .. if you want trouble yes go ahead and book with this person .... i genuinely would advise not to book with her as the neighbours are a bit to up themselfs.

Thankyou for your review. You yourself have admitted to smoking cannabis is around the caravan and that's why security was called twice. You state you have 5 children but only booked and paid for 2. The damage to the mattress wasn't child having an accident and considering all beds have protectors on them where was the protector because the mattress had to be replaced. You had uses ragsinstead of toilet roll and blocked the toilets .. You are the first guest that has ever had any negative comments to make but then again you are the first guest that has caused damage and had security called out to one of my caravans.
