A beautiful, 2 bedroomed modern caravan, with a large open plan living space with dining and kitchen area. 2 bedrooms, one large double bedroom with en-suite and fitted wardrobe and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, double sofa bed in the lounge.

Front patio doors lead on to an enclosed, south facing veranda. 55 inch smart T.V, central heating in all rooms and double glazed allowing for year round stays.

We have just had a 3 day break at Michelle’s caravan and I can honestly say we could not fault anything, very clean and comfortable in a great location with a stunning view. Great communication from Michelle too we will definitely be back.

A beautiful caravan with a true home from home feel. The caravan is equipped with everything you need, very spacious and cleanliness is of a high standard. Michelle has been a fantastic host. We have loved our break, and we will definitely be booking another stay here. I highly recommend booking this caravan for a holiday.

We had a lovely stay in the caravan. It was well-equipped and in a lovely location with good views. It was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The owner was very good at communicating and we felt very welcome. Thank you for allowing us to stay in the caravan for an enjoyable fortnight!

Lovely, clean and modern caravan , spacious living area.Kitchen had everything you needed, was great that the cutlery /plates etc were nice and new,the large sofa was really comfy.The caravan was cosy and warm,which was good with it being over the New Year break.Michelle was quick at getting back to me in regards to access etc, and was lovely to deal with.We had a great break and would book the caravan again.

We have just returned home from a stay at Michelle’s caravan and all I can say is WOW!!!!! We had the best time, so much so we ended up staying an extra night. The caravan itself was 100% and we loved everything about it. Situated on the edge of the park right next to the beach which was nice and only a short walk to the site facilities. (Watching the sunrise from here was insane!!) It was comfortable, absolutely spotless, cleaned to the highest of standards and felt like home from home. Michelle was easily contactable and dealt quickly with any queries we may have had. We will most definitely be visiting again in the future. Thank you so much michelle for making our stay so perfect we made memories at your caravan as a family that we will Never forget. Thank you again xx

THE HIRER MUST BE OVER 25 TO BOOK THIS CARAVAN

The caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people and at no time must this be exceeded. Only occupants registered are allowed to occupy the caravan, if anyone is found you will be asked to leave forfeiting the rest of your holiday with no refund of monies.
Payment: There is a £100 respect and security deposit required in addition to the price of your holiday period, this is refundable upon the caravan being checked for any damages and theft. The owners reserve the right to retain any monies paid as a deposit due to any damage and/or theft.
Key safe combination will be provided after the holiday has been paid for in full and within a 24 hour period before the start date of your holiday.
Access to Caravan: The Caravan Owners or their representatives shall be allowed access to the holiday caravan at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples and cannot accommodate all male or all female parties.
Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside caravan.
Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
Towels, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and other linen items are not provided.
Park rules apply at all times.
Skipsea Sands and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age).
The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.
All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The Caravan must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before 4.00 pm.
