Me and my husband love North Wales. We are very fortunate to own a static caravan and would like to share it with others. We are very keen on giving the ultimate holiday and set in lovely Abergele there is loads to do. Happy camping everyone

2 x twin rooms with 2 single beds in each.

All 3 have wardrobe and draw storage.
Open kitchen, dining and living space.
Separate wc to shower room, both with was basin.
Large 8 foot wrap around decking area with 3 steps.
Separate fenced off enclosed garden area with picnic bench to rear of caravan.
A lovely quiet area of the park, on an end plot.

Excellent caravan. Lovely and clean. No issues at all with anything. Decking is a life saver for relaxing in the sun. Lianne was very professional and catered for any extra requirements I wanted. Will be booking this one again for sure. 100% recommended.

Owner's booking terms

Rental of 6 berth static caravan on Edward’s Leisure Park, Abergele.

This agreement is between the Tennant and the owner of the caravan only.

Check in is from 3pm.
Check out is 10am.
1 vehicle only to park next to the decking are. All or additional cars to be parked by the site shop.
We do not take any responsibility for damages to property other than our own so please be aware of this when staying.

Rules.
No BBQ to be used on the decked area.
No smoking on the decked area, for both BBQ and smoking please use the bench outside in the garden area.
No pets.
No smoking inside the caravan.
No hen or stag parties.
Children are not allowed ink of any kind at this caravan including felt pens and paints.
The caravan is to be cleaned and left in the same condition as you found it, please be aware that people will be renting this after yourselves so we ask you to treat it with respect and in a tidy manner when you leave.
Failing to do so will result in your deposit not returned.
Not included.
Bedding is not included in your stay. But quilts and pillows will be.
WIFI.
Food/drink.
Towels.
Please bring all of the above with you.

A track and trace form is to be filled out and given to reception upon arrival. They will open the barrier for you. The barrier fob will be attached to the keys in the keysafe at the caravan. The code for the keysafe will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival.

Inventory attached of what is with the caravan for you to use.
Please note that on leaving, this will be checked and accounted for.
If any items are missing or broken you will not receive the deposit back.

Key is to returned to the key safe on leaving.
