Welcome to our 3 Bed Deluxe Caravan at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, located in a quiet area of the caravan park & only a short walk from the main entertainment complex.

The Holiday Home benefits from Double Glazing & Warm Air Heating. There is a modern equipped kitchen with cooker/hob, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, saucepans & cutlery.

There are 3 bedrooms all having wardrobes / storage.

Main Bathroom being spacious having Shower, WC & Wash Basin. There is an additional WC.

All beds have Mattress & Pillow Protectors, we kindly ask these are not removed. Pillows & Duvets (1x double, 4 x singles) are provided for all bedrooms.

Guests are required to provide their own Bedding & Towels.

Entertainment Passes are NOT included.

To secure your booking, we require a £25.00 (Non-Refundable) Deposit.

A £75.00 Security Bond will be required & payable with the final balance which is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday.

The Security Bond will be returned within 7 days after your holiday providing the caravan is left clean , tidy & damage free.
