We stayed here for October half term and it was amazing. I have 2 children (8&1) and would highly recommend this caravan. They are well equipped for children ranging from a high chair, plastic cups etc to games and dvds. I loved how they had some cleaning supplies so you could keep the caravan clean and tidy. Beds were good, travel cot provided which was a bonus and the double room is big enough to have the travel cot at the end of the bed which was a must for me as my 1 year old can't go in a single bed yet but it meant being able to put her to bed and I could relax in the living room. The owner was so helpful and answered any questions I had, they even left a bottle of wine and some Welsh cakes as a welcome which was lovely. I would definitely look to stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful van! (Ps sorry for the late review, all of us have been ill at different times with it being winter!!)

Communication with owner Sarah was brilliant. No questions or queries left unanswered. Check in made extremely easy due to Sarah registering our break with Haven. Caravan is lovely with everything you need for your holiday with some thoughtful extras. The beds was the most comfortable we have had a a Caravan so far. The shower is large and powerful. Position of the Caravan is great, close to carpark, walk to the beach and the walk to the pool/club/arcade a 5 minute walk. All in all a great break and will be booking with Sarah again in the future.

We had the best holiday at Sea Breeze. Communication from Sarah was brilliant. The caravan was immaculate and really lovely. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Beds are comfy, shower was lovely and spacious. Kitchen was really well equipped and the location was excellent, parking close by and very close to the shop and costal path the beach. The whole site was clean and tidy. We had the best time and will definitely be looking at returning in the future. Thank you Sarah for lovely accommodation.

Wonderful feedback and we are very happy that you enjoyed yourselves so much. We try to make our guests holidays as comfortable as possible and to assist a little with this we will be installing a dishwasher over the Winter ready for the 2023 season. We had such a lovely holiday in Tenby and at Seabreeze. The caravan was well equipped with everything we need and some welcome gifts from the owner which we're greatly appreciated. We loved tenby and the fact it was so easy to walk into the town and the beach from the caravan. Our 2 year old enjoyed sitting on the decking at the front of the caravan and watching people go by! The site itself was so clean and tidy, the staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed going to the marina bar and restaurant for drinks. Overall a fab holiday and caravan we definitely want to return.

We had a lovely holiday at kiln park staying at seabreeze.The caravan was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished.It was well equipped with everything you would need and the host provided extras to help get you started without having to rush out to shops,this was a lovely touch.Would highly recommend this caravan and the host was very friendly and communication was great .

Owners very friendly and welcoming, the caravan was in good location, very clean and well maintained lovely furniture, was equipped with everything which was essential ,like iron bedding,cleaning clothes and lots more, also had equipment for a young baby or child, which was clean,would definitely book this caravan again .

We had a brilliant stay over the weekend . Caravan was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. Was perfect for our children as there were books, dvds and games available. Location was brilliant and the communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great place, caravan was immaculate and well stocked we will definitely come again. The site is easy access to the town and beach. Kiln park is a good location for a family holiday the only complaint (as such) was the price of soft drinks in the club house, a price of a pint of coke was £3.50 and a glass of wine ~ £7.00 if these were a little cheaper more would be sold .

Caravan was extremely comfortable, well equipped and spotless. Beautifully decorated with fairy lights for late night outdoor chilling. A perfect location with a short walk to the beach and to the centre of Tenby. Facilities on site were great. Perfect for a family get away

What can I say it’s a lovely caravan. Very clean and had everything and more. We were traveling with a baby and an 8 year old and they have a brill baby pack that includes a travel cot, bouncer and a hich chair which was brilliant as we had more room in the car! Not too far from the reception, mini mart and the bar! I highly recommend family’s to book this caravan it’s brilliant.

All I can say is 10 out of 10 for everything! We have just returned home from renting Seabreeze for 10 days and it was absolutley amazing. The love and thought that has gone into making the guests feel welcome by the owners really is first class. We were really taken back by how lovely the accomodation was and haven't stopped talking about it all holiday. This really is a lovely holiday home, the owner has been lovely, and really helpful. I would highly recommend .

My partner and I stayed at Sea Breeze for a break over the New Year period. The communication from the owner was amazing and we couldn't have asked for more. On arrival at the site, we were expected/pre booked in and had a lovely greeting from the security team at the entrance. Finding the caravan was so easy and the car park is 25 steps from the actual caravan. The caravan is more like a lodge, really well appointed and equipped with everything you need, they even have a full baby pack if you need it. The owner had left us fresh milk, bread and butter as well as some lovely luxury malteser and Lindor Truffles, Freddos , ground coffee, Pukka tea bags.... too many things to note, thanks so much! We had a cleaning starter kit, waste bags, a tea towel, kitchen towel, hand towels, shampoo and shower gel, hand soap, etc, all enough to start us off without having to rush out to a supermarket. We've stayed in many holiday lets and caravans but have never had this level of care and thoughtfulness before. The cleanliness was absolutely first class, impeccable throughout. The showers are better than most hotels and the heating made us feel warm and snug. The owner has even provided a range of D.V.D.s, books and games, incredible. We walked to the beach in 13 minutes and into Tenby itself in less than 20 minutes, both routes are very safe and pedestrian only. There are many facilities on site and they are spending over 6 million on the entertainment club, pub, restaurant, etc. We can't wait to go back and the owner even gave us an unexpected discount because we booked another holiday within 2 weeks. We've told our friends and family about this outstanding holiday home and I know 3 of them have also booked. We only wish that we had found this place years ago, still we've found it now. Huge thanks to Sarah for enabling us to have such a great experience.

So happy we booked this chalet. It was lovely and clean, also in a really good location close to the club and shop. It was such a help with the baby package and also was lovely to receive a welcoming package. Highly recommend, will definitely be booking again.
