James was extremely attentive. The caravan was superb! “Home from home”! Clean, tidy, great rooms and layout. Love the lamp in the lounge!! I wanted to pinch it (only joking, left it behind ????) Mega close to the beach! Decking area around caravan is spot on for the sun too ?? Book this place today. You will not be disappointed. James is a superb guy ???? Thanks ????

First time holidaying in this caravan and so glad we have booked for 2023! Decking area was very large which was perfect for our dog, everything and more you can think of was supplied in the caravan. Lots of space for car parking and close to beach, really enjoyed our holiday and look forward to next years.

We have just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful holiday home. Everything we needed was there and the kitchen was exceptionally equipped. The shower was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The lounge area was so nice and the added bonus of a lovely lamp made it feel very cosy at night. The caravan is in a lovely spot on the site and so close to the amenities and the beach. The decking was fantastic with ample seating and cushions . The bbq came in useful as well. We look forward to visiting again. Also the communication from the minute we booked to checking out was fantastic

Absolutely beautiful caravan, clean and very comfortable with everything you needed. It's so well equipped, the decking is very big and enclosed with beautiful furniture to relax on. The site is lovely and the caravan is a short stroll to a wonderful beach. It is so nice to be able to stay in such a lovely caravan when on holiday with our dogs. The weather was amazing, we will definitely recommend this caravan and will be back. James was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Hi James just wanted to let you know we have had a lovely time in Barmouth and staying at your caravan, it’s like home from home so comfortable and welcoming. Especially as we have two dogs and the caravans we usually hire are no where near the standard that you have provided. We have stayed on Barmouth bay many times and just love the site. The weather was fantastic we saw dolphins in the early morning walks on the beach with our dogs. Gutted we only had a week, customer service from James was first class always available if we had any queries. Looking forward to coming back.

Arrived home yesterday after a week here. Absolutely beautiful caravan in the perfect location on Barmouth Bay. Most well equipped caravan we’ve ever stayed in, it was like a home from home, all the little touches were lovely. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Perfect distance from the beach and all amenities. Well looked after, James was really friendly and helpful! Thank you for a lovely holiday????????

This accommodation and owner was absolutely brilliant definitely needed a well earned 5 star review, The accommodation was very clean and all looked brand new 100% made the stay fantastic also great value for money. The owner was also very welcoming and helpful will definitely be booking again on our next trip away wouldn’t go anywhere else after our amazing stay thankyou very much!! :)

Everything about the stay was great. TV remote did not work on arrival but owner drove miles to sort it. The caravan is perfect with everything you could possibly need and so close to the beach. Thank you.

Went for a 3 night brake, lovely caravan on a fantastic caravan park. Minutes from the beach. Didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back, the dogs loved it just as much as we did. Can’t wait to return
