Our lovely modern caravan has everything you need to make your holiday feel like a home from home.

Cosy living room with a 3 piece suite, smart TV and Gas Fire. 1 x Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and TV. 1 x Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

1 x shower room with a toilet and a separate toilet available.

Our caravan is ideal if you have small children. We have a secure large wrap around decking with table and chairs and a rattan sofa.

Beautiful side view of the sea from inside the caravan and on the decking.

Ample parking for 2 cars.

Set in a quiet part of a popular site. On site facilities include Restaurant, Show Bar, Swimming Pool, Play Area and Arcade. (These are seasonal and an activity pass must be purchased direct from site).

Beautiful walks locally. Quaint Heysham village in walking distance. Lake District in easy reach by motorway or bus service running g from site. The lovely Morecambe promenade and Historic city of Lancaster on the doorstep.

A last minute October half term break. A little nervous about booking as never used this site, or booked a privately owned caravan before. I had nothing to worry about. The owners communication was fantastic, full details and instructions were spot on. Nothing was too much trouble. The caravan was perfect, exceptionally clean and well equipped. When we arrived the key was easily accessible, and a little welcome note with chocolates, crisp, juice and a little drink for the grown ups! Great touch!! Warm , cosy and well looked after.... the caravan and us!! The park had everything you need. My friend has limited mobility and Phil & Thomas of Parkdeane took us home in the buggy whenever we asked. Thanks again guys, we will definitely re-book, although next time I plan to win at bingo! Sweating for a line (£1200) ha ha
