Where to start? Right from the beginning with booking Rachel had brilliant communication and responded promptly to any queries. Nothing was a bother, even when changing arrival date. Once in the caravan it was very clear to see that great care is taken to ensure it is ready for guests. Very clean and fresh. Wouldn't even know it was a dog friendly van from the cleanliness. The location is perfect being close to the complex but far enough to be quiet. The view (especially from the kitchen window) towards the lake is nice. There are lots of little extras you don't expect such as dvds (thanks- we watched frozen 5 times!) Tassimo coffee machine (also with hot chocolate pods) and lots of cleaning products. The children's coat hangers came in very handy with the kiddies clothes too. 5 star review but worth 10 stars! Thank you for our fantastic stay. We will return.

Great customer service, although just reading reviews I hadn't realised it was a pet friendly when I booked as I don't normally book pet friendly vans. Lots of extras in van which we didn't expect and we went loaded up with, Toilet Rolls, cleaning products etc. Nice and clean hopefully people booking it will continue to keep it that way. I am a little worried to leave a review as I want this holiday home all to myself. It was a fantastic location , immaculate, fantastic facilities and even necessary food supplies in case you need cup's of tea on arrival. Rachel was very efficient and booking was a dream, as Rachel was prompt at answering any questions . The location was just right and had a great view of the lake but was really private for sitting out. Fantastic location for walking for both dunes and countryside. Also appreciate the fact you can take your dog and the little blankets provided on the seating areas was a lovely touch. I'll back !!

We have just had 3 nights in this caravan & would definitely recommend. It is in a great location, the decking is a sun trap and its all very clean. The owner was very friendly & helpful when I messaged to book & during our stay when I had a question. The kids did not want to leave! We will be back again Thankyou so much

We stayed for a short Bank Holiday weekend break, excellent value for money and the caravan was spotlessly clean. The communication between myself and the owner Rachel was very professional, clear and prompt with nothing too much trouble to sort out. I would have been happy just stopping around the caravan as it was so relaxing. We will come again if we have the time and nice weather. Thank you

Great location, great facilities and great attention to detail. I will definitely be returning. The caravan is located a short walk from the beach and from the main facilities in the park. The views of the lake from the decking are lovely. The caravan has everything you could need; tv, games, dvds, fairy lights on the decking and a coffee machine. Lots of attention to detail from the hosts.

This is a gorgeous, new caravan furnished by the owners to feel like a home from home. The shared living space is bright, light and super comfy. The kitchen has everything you would need and the coffee machine is a luxurious touch. The pitch itself is perfectly located to enjoy all the dite facilities on foot and the view from the deck over the lake tops it off. I will definitely be back again.

Beautiful brand new caravan with all modern facilities. Excellently positioned near the lake and only a short distance from all bars etc. Lovely and quiet. Fantastic break.

Spent 5 days at Thorpe park in 59 fresh fields fab caravan everything you need for a comfortable stay in a brilliant position you can see the lake my 3 year old grandaughter loved it,the club facilities are very good we ate in the carousel bar twice and we were very satisfied with the food.the entertainment was good will definitely be going again in this caravan

Amazing caravan . Very modern and spacious and immaculately clean. Great location with a short walk to the amenities but lovely and quiet. I was with friends but will definitely be back with my family in the future.
