Luxury 2 bedroom caravan is fully central heated and double glazed.

Sleeps up to 6 people and has been fully refurbished.

There is a spacious living area with seating for 6 people, a fire, TV and DVD player.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven, fridge freezer, pots, pans, glasses, crockery, utensils and microwave.

Main bedroom is a double bed with wardrobes, dressing table and en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin.

Second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe, en-suite, shower, toilet and hand basin.

Gas and electric are included in the rental cost. Towels and bed linen are available as an optional extra for £20.

There is parking for up to 2 cars and a wrap around decking area.

Had a Lovely time in the Caravan and the Camp site. Spotless Caravan and very cosy. Very friendly and Helpful owner. Would definitely stay again. People very friendly around the area. Lots to do at the Campsite and not too far from the Beach and local shops. 10/10 ????????

We were delighted with this stay from start to finish!! Beautiful caravan- exactly as described and even better than we hoped-so clean and top of the range fixtures and fittings it was just perfect for a summer staycation in North Wales. The caravan was situated in a nice quiet corner of the park and our neighbours all seemed to be owners and were friendly and helpful plus the lovely Susan was always a text a way to help where possible which was reassuring and she even treat my children to ice creams when we arrived which was a very kind touch and we cannot wait to book and stay again-Thankyou ????

Everything we needed was provided and Susan the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We had an excellent time. And will be booking again . 100% recommend.

Sorry for the late review I've been recovering from brain surgery, I absolutely loved spending 5 days In such a beautiful, clean and modern caravan, Susan was always a text or phone call away, I celebrated my 40th birthday whilst there and Susan very kindly left a card and bottle of prosecco, I will definitely be booking again, thank you again for allowing us to share your beautiful holiday home x

Owner's booking terms

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions listed below ahead of booking/check-in:

• Check in time is from 2pm
• Check out time is 10am
• Your deposit is retained in case of damages. Following check out, the caravan will be cleaned and inventory checked. Where damages occur or objects are missing, this will be deducted from the deposit amount. The remaining deposit amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 7 days of your check out – I will confirm these details with you before making payment
• Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, this includes e-cigarettes. If guests are found to have been smoking in the caravan, the deposit will be retained in full
• The code for entry to the caravan site will be provided 5 days before arrival by email
• The code and location for the key security box where the keys to the caravan are located will be provided 5 days before arrival by email
• There is space for 2 cars adjacent to the caravan
• Only guests outlined on your booking can occupy your holiday home. Anyone not named on your booking will be asked to leave the park by park security
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal possessions in the caravan, these are your responsibility. If you leave personal possessions behind at the end of your holiday we'll try to return them to you, with payment for postage processed before dispatch, but are not responsible for them
• Our caravan is on a family holiday park so please ensure your behaviour is appropriate and considerate of other residents. Noisy, offensive or behaviour likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests or property will not be tolerated and park security will deal with this accordingly. If we/security feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive, inappropriate or is disturbing other guests we will ask you to leave the holiday park and no refund will be given
• Dogs must be kept on leads in the holiday park and under the control of a responsible adult. Please clean up after your pet. Ensure they are not left unattended in the caravan and must not be allowed on bedding or seating
• At the end of your holiday please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition
• Please ensure your key is returned to the key box before departure
