Beachside development comprises of premium pitches with piped gas. It is stone's throw from the beach, close to entertainment complex.
Onsite facilities include - heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, play park, kids club, crazy golf, amusement arcade, clubhouse with two bars, dining area, nightly bingo and entertainment during holiday period, chip shop, well stocked convenience shop, launderette.

Description

Welcome to Beachside 14. New to the rental market in July 2020, this is a modern luxury caravan which comprises spacious lounge leading into open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining area. Master bedroom has king size bed with en-suite bath/shower and wc. Second bedroom has two single beds. Ample wardrobe space in both bedrooms. Second shower room with wc. TV with free Netflix/free view in lounge and master bedroom. USB charging points throughout caravan. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hoover, clothes airier, hair dryer. Sky TV is available (bring your own card). Unlimited WIFI available to free in van. Double glazed and centrally heated. Two enclosed decking areas, which captures the sun all day long, each with set of patio furniture. All bedding included (if required), bring own towels. Caravan is stocked with variety of essentials, ie tea, coffee, toilet roll, kitchen roll, shower gel and range of cleaning products.

There is an electric vehicle charging point near complex. The charging of guest vehicles using BS14 electricity is NOT permitted. Anyone who disregards this will required to vacate van immediately and no refund will be given.

NOTE - Entertainment passes are required for complex for all over age 16. These can be obtained from Reception at a cost of £10 each. This is an additional cost not covered by my nightly rental rate.

This was our second stay and we had another wonderful week in this lovely brilliantly appointed van. It has everything you need provided and the welcome pack which included wine, tonic water and shortbread and pod for the washing machine was an added bonus. If you are looking for a dog friendly home from home in a fabulous location this is the one for you. It is a great base for exploring the area or if you just want to relax and chill on the large decking area. Thank you Ross, we look forward to our next visit .

We had an amazing weeks stay in this extremely comfortable and well appointed caravan. It has everything we needed for self catering and it was lovely to sit out on the decking area when the sun shone.The caravan is in a quiet part of the park and is only minutes walk from the beautiful beach which our dog thoroughly enjoyed. On arrival the van was spotlessly clean and the provision of things like teatowel. cleaning products teabags toilet rolls etc meant we did not have to cram as much in the car as when we have stayed in other vans. It was a long 7.5 hour drive to get there but worth every minute of the journey. thank you Ross we will be back soon , looking at September for a return visit.

Lovely caravan with plenty of space (4 adults and 1 dog). Clean and tidy with everything we needed. Owner Ross kept in touch to make sure we had all the information needed. Would book again no problem.

By far, this is the best caravan we've ever come across. In fact, we didn't want to leave. Will absolutely, without any doubt want to stay here again if/when we are ever back in the Highlands. Totally superb, in every way. Ross is a smashing bloke.

Please complete the booking details and return as soon as possible. Please note a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is also required in order to secure your booking. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to accept instalment payments if this is easier for you. Sorry, we cannot accept cash on arrival. You will be sent a reminder that payment is due. If your arrival is within 4 weeks, then payment is required in full. A security deposit of £100 will also be required at time of booking. This will be returned if no chargeable damages occur within 48hs.
