Those who know North West Wales will recognise its beauty and coastline with sandy beaches. The mountain ranges of Snowdonia provide so much to explore and enjoy. Our families have been visiting Wales for two generations and we keep coming back for more. We are into our third year of renting our caravans and look forward to sharing the beauty of Wales with you. We are verified owners with high quality caravans. Our as new caravan is a spacious 2-bed caravan offering a modern comfortable home away from home with everything you might need.
Accommodation includes a master bedroom with an en-suite with large shower. There is a second bathroom also with a large shower.
The kitchen boasts a fridge, freezer, washing machine and dish washer along with all you might need for your stay.
The living area includes a modern electric coal effect fire and a 40” TV with Blu-ray player which can connect to receive Netflix, Amazon Prime and other digital streaming channels.

KITCHEN
:: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a five ring gas stove and twin oven with grill and all kitchen essentials for your stay away from home.
:: To make your holiday more convenient there is a built in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer

BEDROOMS
:: The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a roomy changing area and plenty of wardrobe space, several drawers and a dressing table. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player. There are /USB charging points next to the bed. The en-suite has a large shower with toilet and sink.
:: Bedroom two has a single wardrobe and twin beds with USB charging points next to the beds
:: The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.

LIVING AREA
:: A comfortable open plan area with roomy kitchen and dinning area
:: The living room includes a free standing log effect electric fire
:: The flat screen Smart TV has Freeview provided (streaming of Prime, Netflix, Disney+, iPlayer, ITV-X etc. possible with wi-fi data connection)
:: Two USB charging points
:: Sliding patio doors lead to a Juliet balcony with views to the mountains and the morning sun

OUTSIDE
:: PARKING - there is parking alongside the caravan for two vehicles
:: To the rear there is a spacious decking area with furniture ready to sit and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.

CARAVAN LOCATION AND PARK FACILITIES
:: The caravan is in a quiet & sheltered position. The beach is a minutes walk away
:: The on site seasonal heated swimming pool is available for all guests (note - booking may be required)
:: Wireless service is available, pricing is tiered depending on your needs. Basic service is free supporting only basic activities such as email. A paid service can be used for increased bandwidth demand, such as streaming. A personal mobile data plan can also be used (quality of service depends on service provider)

:: £100 Deposit required with booking. Full payment with refundable security bond required 6 weeks prior to arrival date or with booking if booked within 6 weeks of arrival date.

We have just had the most wonderful 4 night break in a wonderful caravan. The layout was perfect and very functional. The master bedroom had a king size bed which was very comfortable and there was a fabulous en-suite with large shower. The shower pressure was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped with freezer ( great for the ice for the G & T's) The decking with furniture had a sunny aspect which was great for enjoying the weather. The caravan is sited in the middle of the site but we did not feel that we were overlooked. This is by far the best caravan we have stayed in and we will definitely be booking to go again. The hosts communication was very good and provided all the relevant contact details if we had any issues (we had none) Thank you for providing us with a hassle free booking and stay in your caravan. We've just returned from a long weekend at the gorgeous caravan. The caravan was immaculately clean and tidy inside and out. Cannot fault anything. Kitchen is amazing and bedrooms are nice and big. We have had a brilliant stay and the weather has been lovely. 1 minutes walk to the beach and use of all facilities available with hire of the van. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be hiring this van again many thanks.

We contacted the proprietors who were very helpful and accommodating with our booking. When we arrived the keys were in a key safe outside the “caravan” and it was very clean and fully furnished with a welcome feel to it. This is a beautiful place to stay with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine all high end and furnished to a very comfortable high spec. The showers were very powerful and the water nice and hot.The refuse containers were located close by for easy disposal. The caravan is only a couple of minutes to the beautiful stretch of beach. We used the local chippy on sight which was excellent and the shop was fully stocked and reasonably priced. About a mile away we went to “Nobar” which is a high end restaurant overlooking the bay and had a lovely meal there. Our children have grown up but this is a great place for a family holiday with lots to see and do. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Such a lovely spot with lots to see and relax also.

Fantastic weekend van was close to amenities and the beach. Used the swimming pool. Lovely modern van with a fantastic kitchen.

The extra width of this caravan allows the kitchen to be more spacious and as part of the open plan living space it is provides a very comfortable space. Thank you for you review.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this caravan, It is very modern, spacious and comfy and is in a great location. We had a small issue with cooker but was sorted out immediately by the owners Ruth and Simon . I would definitely recommend this caravan, as we hope to return later in the year .

We recently had a midweek stay at caravan 69 and we can’t fault it. The caravan was beautiful it was the perfect location to access the beach and a short drive into Barmouth. The caravan had everything we would wish for, it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped a real home from home with 2 full shower rooms and all mod cons. We are a retired couple and were really lucky with the weather for the time of year and spent a lot of time on the back balcony which was a suntrap. It was only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a river overlooking the mountains of Snowdonia and the beautiful countryside. I booked at the last minute and the owner Ruth dealt mith my booking really quickly. We would love to stay there again in the future.
