PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
*No bookings are available to parties of young people. Bookings will only be accepted with the lead party being atleast 21 years old.
*No same sex groups, This is a family/couples caravan hire.
*Bookings are reserved subject to receipt of a £50 deposit.
Once we have received your deposit we will confirm the dates secured for your party.
*PLEASE NOTE......DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF YOU CANCELLING THE HOLIDAY.( should you wish to change dates, we will try our best to accomodate this)
If this is not possible (to find suitable date) your deposit will be lost.
*This deposit acts as a security bond,it is seperate from the hire costs and is therefore refundable at the end of the hire.
This is after an inspection of caravan.
*As owners ,we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the deposit in the event of damage to the caravan.This also covers
** Replacing or repairing any damage
**Any breakages
** Charges for extra cleaning of the caravan such as removing stains or replacing furniture or fitments.
ALL DAMAGES NEED TO BE PAID FOR.
*On arrival, if you feel something is not right we ask that you contact us within 4 hours of arrival. After this time it becomes the hirers
responsibiity.
*In the event of cancellation, the hirer is required to confirm this in writing to myself at debbiepryce@aol.com
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION
*Deposits are non refundable should you require cutting your hire period short.
* The lead hirer is responsible for the conduct of all other guests who are staying in the caravan during the hire period.
*The lead hirer MUST be the last person to vacate the caravan, leaving it in a clean acceptable condition.
Access MUST be given to the owners and camp staff should we feel it is required/
*The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse a booking without obligation or to terminate a booking should they have reason to do so.
* The caravan may be occupied on the day of arrival from 2pm onwards and must be vacated by 11am on the last day.if you are there later
without prior arrangement , this will incur a next day charge.
**SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CARAVAN
**RECREATION DRUGS OF ANY KIND IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CARAVAN
** ONLY ONE SMALL DOG IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE CARAVAN
Please be considerate that other holidaymakers who are staying afterwards may have allergies.
*The caravan is to be left in a clean tidy state with all fixtures and fittings intact and ready for inspection by our cleaning staff.
if this is not adhered too, a charge will incur accordingly.
*The owners and park staff DO NOT accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to your own property or belongings.
Nor do they accept any responsibility for illnesses ,diseases or accidents arising from the hire of the caravan or use of park
facilities.
*No prams/pushchairs are to be left open inside the caravan as this could cause damage.
*SHOULD YOU BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE BY CAMP OWNERS, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
*Once your deposit has been received, YOU the hirer has agreed to these terms and conditions as stated.
this is applicable at the time of booking and these terms do not affect your statuatory rights under English law.
