The site itself is set in a beautiful nature reserve with a huge entertainment complex, indoor swimming pool, slide along with the lazy river,Family arcade, play area, regular local bus service from park to Blackpool, club house -The Showbar, restaurant -The Boathouse, on site supermarket, fish and chip shop, Burger King , laundrette. Entertainment passes (which need to be booked through haven reception and NOT INCLUDED in the caravan hire price)
In our caravan we have x2 twin bedrooms and x1 king size master bedroom with an en-suite toilet and sink.
Main bathroom includes WC, sink and shower, only hand towels will be provided, FREE WIFI within the caravan, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen essentials including crockery, iron and ironing board, children’s high chair.
Outside area consists of own driveway space for one car, grass area space for another car , picnic bench, grass area, front decking leading out from the living area with LED lighting also with a small table and x2 chairs.
All bedding is made up on arrival, ONLY hand towels in each bathroom are provided along with kitchen tea towels.
Please be aware;
- Pets are not permitted under any circumstances
- NO ENTERTAINMENT PASES are included these can be purchased separately on arrival at reception

- NO same sex groups e.g hen/stag parties
- FREE WIFI is included however being on a caravan site we CANNOT guarantee the efficiency of the signal especially at busy times.
All the above rules must be adhered to if not the full deposit WILL NOT be refunded
A NON refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking payable by Bank Transfer or PayPal
WE REQUIRE THE BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE (if the full balance is not paid by the due date the £50 deposit will NOT be refunded)
On your arrival date we require a £50 RETURNABLE BOND in case of any damages this will be refunded back to you once you have vacated and we have checked there is no damage and everything is in working order.
We appreciate honesty if anything has been broken or damaged during your stay please let us know before your departure.
Allergy Advice
We do have our own family dog that occasionally stays over so this caravan is not completely free from pet allergies however is thoroughly cleaned throughout and sanitised before each stay.
STANDARD BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Arrive on a Monday for 4, 7 or 14 night breaks
- Arrive on a Friday for 3, 7 or 14 night breaks
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday are non arrival days

Departure- need to vacate the van NO LATER THAN 10.30am
