This caravan was very dirty when entering , I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but due to no compensation of the very stressful time we had there I feel like it’s right to let others know. We arrived at 2.30 was instructed we could enter after 2pm due to cleaner cleaning van ! This caravan was the dirtiest caravan iv ever stayed in and the cleaner had not been in and cleaned it , carpet was full of long thick grey dog hairs , the seating was covered Evan the bedding and pillows , dirty toe nail clippings left in a bowl on the side , no sides had been wiped toilets mucky stained not cleaned , hoover blocked full of grey thick dog hairs witch was broken my other half had to fix ! We spent a full day cleaning and had to go out and purchase new pillows and cleaning products , our kids were gutted we missed out on a full day ! Wasn’t offered compensation just my £30 money back for the dog witch didn’t come with us and my bond money but would have been appreciated to offer a refund for the stress and money we had to spend just to be able to sleep in the van ! A mucky cleaner come to just hoover the hairs but noticed the hoover was broke so used a sweeping brush , left then come back with her own hoover along with her husband witch stunk of smelly dog and was very unprofessional with attitude ! this is a dog friendly van but this was disgusting the amount of hairs and muck was horrendous , owner Evan said they had problems before with this cleaner not doing her job right or cleaning this van should have been cleaned ready for us entering but instead we had to clean the van witch took us all day ! And kids lost out we was out of pocket , it’s a good job we brought our own quilts the amount Of money it cost us to hire this van with the state it was in was shocking this was not my fault but the owners please avoid this caravan !

We have had a number of people renting the caravan with absolutely no issues . You received two lots of deposit back by mistake . We simply asked for you return one of the deposits back which you were more than happy to ( I have proof) .. we have messages stating you are more than happy with everything and I’m more than happy to upload. This is no more than a nasty review because you have been asked to repay £100 that you received twice and you have held onto with the intent to keep it and not return it .

Had a lovely week in this caravan with my wife and grandson it is a nice spacious caravan that is warm and cosy. Everything you need is provided and in general it was nice and clean with one or two minor areas that the cleaners missed. The caravan does however need a little TLC in some areas like the gate catch that is hanging off along with a external light on the decking that was showing bare wires and which I had to cordon off from my grandsons little fingers, nice little touch was the TV in the main bedroom which unfortunately did not work due to no signal. Overall a nice caravan that needs just a little maintainable here and there to get it back up to scratch

We had a lovely week in this caravan very clean very helpful could phone them at anytime everything we needed in the van we will be booking again best caravan shower I have used up to now

Had lovely holiday break.caravan was spotless through out.good parking area beside caravan,handy for entertainment area.plenty lights outside caravan.recomend this caravan ,owners were hospital check everything OK.thanks see u again next year

Arrived and caravan was dirty. Had to clean it ourselves. A moulded in dog poo was by the front door inside the van. All crockery had leftover food. Beds very uncomfortable and was advised veranda was full length of van but it was not. The gate on veranda was also broken. This van needs a serious overhaul. Owner was contacted.

Hi Thankyou for your review, I would like to point out that upon you entering the caravan , as you wanted to get into the caravan early I.e 10.00 in the morning and had arrived at the caravan at this time. I clearly stated the caravan had not been cleaned from the previous family and that check in indeed at 3.00 during busy periods to allow the cleaner to clean. You were more than happy to go into the caravan rather than wait until the actual time. And insisted you would clean up any mess left by previous family as you did not want to wait around with your children. The lock and the step after you had left the caravan I found out it had been broken. Upon speaking to the church her owners regarding the damage I was advised that yourself and your family had broken both the gate and the step . I then contacted you in regards this and asked you about this , and explained that due to the damage caused by your family that I would need to get both of these fixed and that I would have to detect it from the bond that clearly states that any damage caused in the caravan would be deducted from the bond. Prior to this on the day you left I sent you a message asking if everything was ok with the caravan and you replied “ yes I had a lovely time” and that you had put the keys back in the key safe( I’m more than happy to screen shot this message ) . You have now written this review which does not match your previous message upon leaving the caravan. So I’m a little confused that on the morning you left everything was absolutely fine , yet 2 weeks later you have written this review. We have never had any bad reviews and our caravan has and is always kept clean by our cleaner after each person. Can I also state that the cleaner also checks the caravan for any damage in between families .
