Caravan located on Lytchett Bay View
This fabulous caravan is modern and spacious, the lounge can be closed off from the kitchen area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table, TV and en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Second bedroom has two twin beds with fitted wardrobes and has lots of room.
Bathroom has a bath with shower over it, sink and plenty of storage above the sink.
Kitchen is very spacious with an island, it is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils and full-size fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Dining table with four chairs.
Lounge area, three-seater and two chairs, coffee tables with a large footstool/ table, electric fire and 44” TV with a DVD player with free view. Patio doors which open into a large decking area with seating. Decking is around two sides, with large deck at the front.
Facilities on site include indoor (with flume) and outdoor (May to September) heated swimming pools, a show bar with daily and nightly entertainment, and outdoor covered sports complex with archery, basketball, football and fencing, crazy golf, climbing/abseiling wall, children’s play area, amusement area with bar and restaurant. Down on the beach there is a beach café and water sports. Also on site is a supermarket, launderette and nature reserve with freshwater fishing lake (in season with licence). Poole Quay is a short drive away and so are many award-winning beaches, some of which are dog friendly all year. There is also a bus that goes from the park into Poole. The takeaway restaurants include fish and chips and Papa Johns pizza (there are off site restaurants that deliver to Rockley Park).
No hen or stag parties. No dogs on dangerous breeds register (park rule). Dogs accepted on the understanding that they will not be left alone in the caravan at any time (unless crated) and must be kept off the furniture and beds. Any damage caused by the dogs must be paid for.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please provide your own towels and linen.

Extras provided are tea, coffee and sugar, hand wash and washing up liquid and washing up sponge.
A £100 security deposit is required with booking with full payment due 6 weeks prior to your arrival
The £100 deposit will be refunded once inspection of the caravan is complete after departure and no damage has been caused.
