Main Description
The van sleeps up to 8 people which is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin and a pull out double sofa-bed in the lounge area. All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets, Fully equipped with every basic essential you would need with our best feature of a separate toilet to the shower room so no disturbing from the kids while you freshen up. There is also an iron & ironing board, hair-dryer. We provide all bed linen and hand towel a tea towel for the equipped kitchen.

Cayton Bay is an excellent central location for a base to travel up and down the east coast as it is 3 miles to Scarborough & Filey in either direction with Bridlington further south and the quaint seaside town of Whitby further North, Nearby attractions also include Flamingo land, Eden camp with loads more to see and do.

The perfect base for a relaxing holiday clean and tidy through out and with all you need. Have stayed in this caravan numerous times in the past and look forward to staying there again in the future. Shame the owner cannot guarantee the weather as well as the creature comforts ! Any problems,(if any ! ) are quickly resolved with the owner whom is quick to respond. Great value for money !

Once again Sandy has provided a 'home from home' feel to our holiday. Caravan extremely clean and certainly helps having all the bedding provided. 4th year on the trot and already planning the 5th !!! Highly recommended.

This is the third year running we have used this caravan for our holiday. It is ideally situated for us , due to having an elderly person in our group, near to the complex. It has all the creature comforts of home and is clean and tidy throughout. The owner is very responsive to any questions or problems about the caravan. Have booked for next year already !!!!!!
