An extremely well presented 3 bed, pet friendly caravan with excellent links to the on-site facilities and the beach walkway.

With its own picnic bench & table you also have an outdoor space to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. There is parking next to the caravan.

Lounge/Dining Room:
This fabulous, open plan area is both light and homely. With its large L-Shaped sofa arrangement there is plenty of seating for the whole family. With a 37" TV, wall mounted gas fire you are sure to be kept warm and toastie even during the cooler of evenings. To the opposite corner of the living room is your dining area with corner seating , fixed dinette and additional stools.

Kitchen:
This stylish and well equipped kitchen contains everything and more which you should need for your stay. With a full sized oven & 4 burner gas hob plus re-circulating extractor hood, fridge with freezer section, microwave, toaster & kettle. All your cookware, crockery & glassware is provided.

Master Bedroom:
A good sized double bedroom with comfortable 4'6" double bed and bedside tables and built in wardrobe and storage units. We provide all your duvets, pillows and mattress protectors.

Twin Bedrooms x 2:
Each of the twin bedrooms contain two single beds separated by a bedside table and additional built in storage. The beds can be pushed together to re-configure into a double. Once again we provide your duvets, pillows and mattress protectors.

Family Bathroom:
Contains a large shower with extractor fan, wash basin and WC.

Cloakroom:
Contains a washbasin and WC.

Outside:
Great position to access facilities, picnic bench and table. Parking for your vehicle.
